Few weeks later!.
You were now sitting at the doctors office waiting for your doctor to come in. "Hello y/n what seems to be the problem?" Dr McDonald asks "I have kept putting on weight for ages now it doesn't matter what I do the weight just stays there I'm on a healthy diet and I go for a run everyday before work exercise when I come home and go to the gym on weekends" you tell him calmly and he immediately knows what's wrong but knows you won't believe it till you see it after the other baby loss "okay y/n we're going to run some test today will you be alright to stay in here for a while?" He questions and you nod. After many test like urine samples and answering questions you were now on your way to Starbucks meeting your friend Carly who you went to the gym with "hey" she stands up and pecks your cheek greeting you "hi" you hug her and sit down "so what did the doctor say?" She asks sipping on her latte "nothing yet run some test and asked questions I've to go back in half an hour to find the results" you tell her as she smiles "I still think your pregnant" Carly says and you just change the subject "so how's your girlfriend doing with her pregnancy?" Yeah that's right Carly is gay and she and her girlfriend went to the sperm bank and decided that her girlfriend Amelia-Lillie would be the one who got pregnant obviously they got the male all of Carly's features like grey/blue eyes and brown hair etc. "oh yeah she's great now her morning sickness has passed now it's just the cravings and mood swings" she says and you both chuckle "Louis hated my pregnancy cravings I would have pickles dipped in Nutella" you say and chuckle as her face scrunched up looking at you in disgust "hey don't look at me like that it was kayden and Abbie who wanted it not me!" You exclaim as she chuckles "I'll be having a word with the" you laugh and finish your drink "well I'll be off all the best to you and Amelia come round visit one time" you say and peck her cheek walking out "bye" she shouts as you wave leaving the shop.

You were now back in the doctors office waiting for him to come in you hope it is nothing serious "right y/n look at these 10 tests so I know you will believe me" he chuckles and hands you 10 pregnancy tests all saying positive your jaw drops "I am really pregnant" you ask and he nods "would you like to see on the monitor? He asks a you nod very excitedly. "Ok there's your baby" he says pointing at the screen and you have tears streaming down your face "there so big I wish I was there to see them grow to this size" you say "don't worry y/n would you like pictures" he asks "5 please" you say rubbing the jel off your tummy and standing up waiting for him to bring the pictures. You got home as fast as you could and in the door you seen Niall standing so you ran up to him and jumped wrapping your legs and arms around him "I'm pregnant!" You exclaim as he catches you "holy shit what?" He questions "I found out today I'm pregnant sorry about the whole jumping thing I got to excited" you say jumping down off Niall "you can't tell Louis or the rest of the boys I have the perfect way to tell them but I need your help" you tell him and he smirks getting excited "what do I owe the pleasure" he laughs "Halloween is next week and I need you to through a party and make sure Louis will set up with you oh and make sure he goes as a skeleton" you say "no problem" he kisses your check and you both go sit on the couch as you hand him the baby scan "wow that's amazing" he says and hands you it back "where's Louis anyway?" You ask "he said he'd be back in 5 minutes he's been half an hour at the shop" Niall groans "but I gotta go anyway I just didn't want to leave the house unattended the family's coming over here for a few weeks so I better get going bye y/n" he says and walks out "bye" you shout.
