Chapter 5: Operation-New World

Third POV
After preparations for operation New World was complete, the Allied Forces would send a company composed of three platoons from the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Empire of Japan to the Special Region.

They would also send a small squad of Russian forces who retreat with the Allied Forces to the west after getting separated from the Red Army and a small German Force of Wehrmacht who surrendered to the Allied Forces after discovering what their leader had done to the fatherland.

These forces would be stationed within the Special Region or known as Falmart supported by the information given from Lucius Basilius. Then set up a base of operations to survey the surrounding area near the Gate, while also trying to find traces of the Undead Reich in Falmart.

The individual overseeing the operation would be Louis Lambert after his involvement with the Gate and the rescue of the remaining army of the Saderan Empire.

Louis Lambert POV
'Well, being ordered by my superiors to be overseer of operation New World is not surprising.' I said to myself with an understanding of how far I am involved with the situation.

I continued to think to myself while packing my office equipment. Until the door to my office is opened by one of my soldiers who looked at me and said.

"Sir, the vehicles for the operation are ready with the necessary equipment needed to set up the base of operations on the other side of the gate. Sir!"

"Understood soldier, I will go to see the vehicles for myself. Thank you for the information. You are dismissed." I said to the soldier who left my office while I packed up my office.

One Hour Later

'Christ, I didn't think that packing my office equipment would take one hour to be done, but I can't complain now. I need to see the vehicles that one of my soldiers told me were ready to go.' I said to myself while driving to the secured entrance of the gate.

Once I got to the secured entrance of the gate. I walked to one of the soldiers stationed there and ask. "Soldier! I got word that vehicles are ready to go."

"They are ready to go, Sir." The soldier said to me.

I looked over the vehicles for this operation and began to think to myself. 'So we have around ten scout cars, twenty-five transport trucks, four m4 Sherman tanks, 3 T-34 Russian tanks, two Panzerkampfwagen VI Tiger, and one Panzerkampfwagen V Panther. I think that would be enough to set up the base of operations and transport our troops to the other side of the gate.' I began to look at the soldier and say.

"Alright! Get the men ready to go, soldier! We are leaving!"

"Yes, sir!" the soldier said as I saw him starting to run to the Barracks to wake up troops.

'Today is going be something.' I said to myself as I got ready to greet my troops.

30 minutes later

Once everyone from the barracks got into their vehicles. I was about to get into my automobile until I saw Professor Richardson walking towards my direction with Lucius Basilius by his side and said.

"Wait up, Mr. Louis!" 

I stopped what I was doing and said in a questioning manner. "Professor Richardson, are you coming with me and Lucius Basilius to make the base of operations in his world?"

"Yes, I am, this could be the opportunity of the century for me. Besides, you would need someone to translate what Lucius Basilius would say to you once we start the exploration missions in his world." Professor Richardson said with a gentlemanly-like manner.
