It has been a month since my first day now and i still haven't met Mr Cooper. I only know what his schedule looks like because of the mails that i receive on a daily basis. Sara, the receptionist from downstairs has been kind enough to inform me what's on the other floors of the corporation and also to tell me abit about Mr Cooper. She said that most days his up on the 7th floor because that's his penthouse, he has a office inside of it but when he needs to have meetings, he uses one of the meeting rooms on the third floor. It was a real estate company that bought, revamped and sold property. The first floor had the agents that bought the properties, second floor was the architect's, third conference rooms for meetings and planning, fourth floor and fifth was the legal teams that dealt with the deeds offices, fifth and sixth floor was the maintenance  teams for different districts.

Sara and i became quick friends and she come to my desk during lunches and tea breaks to make sure that i'm having something to eat.

She's invited me down to the canteen to i have lunch with her but i usually prefer to have lunch at my desk, just incase a important mail or call comes in.

Once a week a clearner would come up and dust the meeting rooms and make sure it was clean and the dustbins were empty.

It's now 8:30am and just like the previous few mornings, i find myself having to leave my desk to hurl the contains of my stomach out into the toilet bowl. I don't know what has come over me, i must have ate something bad a few days ago and caught a bug but I this can not keep happening. I have to go to the pharmasist and get something for it. Returning to my desk once i'm sure that my heaving has stopped. I find a mint and place it in my mouth to help remove the taste and to my surprise the elevator doors pings and out of it emmerges four men in suits. One of the shorter guys wore a grey suit, white shirt and navy blue tie, the other wore a Navy blue suit, same color shirt and a cream tie and the taller guys both wore black suits that looked much more tailored than the other guys.

I quickly checked my mail and then saw that i received a mail from Mr Cooper stating that he has a 9am meeting in conference room 4 and as i averted my gaze up, i saw the four men now approaching me. I mustered my best welcoming smile "Good morning Gentlemen, How may i help you all this morning?" I saw the guy in the blue suit smirk at the one in grey but before he openned his mouth to speak, the tall guy with hazel brown eyes and brunet hair cleared his throat and out came a smooth yet stern command of australliant accent. "We're here for a 9am meeting with Mr Cooper."

"Very well sir, Please come right this way." i said as i stood to lead the men to conference room 4. I openned the door and informed the men that they may have a seat and they took their seats. "Is there anything i could get you gentlemen while you wait? Some coffee or water maybe?" Once again, the brunet answered me "Water will be just fine." Now that i'm paying more attention to him, he does seem a tad older than the other 3 guys. probably by 4 or 5 years older. I left and shortly returned with chilled bottled water for the men.

Once back at my desk, i mailed Mr Cooper to inform him that the men has arrived and a few minutes later, he replied "Very well."

A few minutes later, the elevator doors pinged again and my heart stopped for a milisecond. There stood a guy that looked extremely familiar to me, the only one thats seen me naked, i instantly knew that it was him. It's like his been ingraved in my memory. He wore a black suit, white shirt and black tie and didn't even bother to look in my direction or come to the reception desk instead he walked on by and was about to enter the passage when as if on autopilot i called out at him, "Excuse me sure?" He stopped to turned to face me, "You can't just go in there, i need to know who you are so that i could inform Mr Cooper." He had this strange expression on his face, i couldn't tell if it was irratation or amusement. So i added that it was for security purposes. I hoped that he didn't recognize me. "Ms Lockwood, Is it? I am Mr Cooper so you do not have to worry about security."

I was dumbstruck, so i returned to my desk. A part of me was happy that he didn't recognize me and the other part felt embarrassed that i had made a fool out of myself.

They have been in that meeting for a hour already and it was almost time for my tea break. Usually i take tea at 10am but because they haven't left the meeting yet, i didn't want to be eating when they came out since it's unprofessional. So i decided to tell Sara that i'm taking my tea at 11:30am instead.

I heard the men's laughter and footsteps grow closer to the forum so i sat a bit straighter in my chair. They were now at the elevator all four taking turns to shake Mr Coopers hand. The one in the blue suit looked to me and smiled when the elevator doors opened and i wondered what's his issue.

They all got in the elevator except for Mr Cooper, he came back towards me and stood infront of my desk. "Ms Lockwood, make sure to check your mail because i'll  be sending you a logbook of all important business partners and shareholders so that you avoid that display that i witnessed earlier." He said as he looked at me with a puzzled look on his face.

He then went back to the elevator on the right side and called the button for the ground floor. I had a bit on nerves in my belly and took out my fruit salad that i had made me for breakfast and started eating it.

The day zoomed by and i started memorizing the names and faces on the logbook that Mr Cooper sent me and now i was packing up to go home.
