Chapter Six

{it's Wednesday. happy hump day. we have this thing at my school called late start Wednesday where class starts like an hour later than usual and it's a life saver. Does anyone else have anything like that? Anyways here's an update for ya}

Nash's POV

"Dude what just happened?" Hayes asks me.

"I think Charlie just told us she tried to kill herself." I say.

Then Will walks up to us.

"Where did Char go? I wanted to say bye before I leave." He says.

We just point up the stairs.

"Why?" He asks.

"We may have upset her.." Hayes says.

"May have? How did you upset her?" He asks.

"Well she told us that you talked about Nick. and we told her how long it took for you to talk to us about it." I say.

"And she said that she understands you so we asked how and she wouldn't tell us so we kept bugging her." Hayes adds.

"Until finally she hold us it was because she was depressed and went through the same thing you went through." I say quietly.

"Seriously?" Will asks and we nod.

"Do you think dad knows?" Hayes asks.

"Probably not. She didn't even want us to know." I say.

"Why do you think she wanted to do it?" He asks.

"The only way to find out is to ask her." I say.

Then we look at Will.

"What?" He asks.

"Do you think we should ask her?" I ask.

"It's hard to say. Of course you want to ask her, so you can protect her from the thing that triggered her wanting to be gone. But on the other hand you don't because you don't want her to think that you think there's something wrong with her." Will explains.

"Oh." I say.

"Well she's my twin sister and I want to know. Cmon were going upstairs." Hayes says.

I just look at Will and he nods so we follow Hayes upstairs to Charlie's room.

"Charlie open the door!" Hayes says while banging on her bedroom door.

"Dude she's a girl. She's sensitive. Be nice." I say.

"I am not sensitive!" She shouts from the other side of the door.

"Char can you just open the door. I wanna say goodbye before I leave." Will says.

And with Wills luck she opens the door.

"What do you mean leave? You can't go!" she says.

"I have to go back to school." He says.

"No, you can't leave me. I'll have no one to talk to." She says.

"Uhm hello. Twin brother and older brother right here." Hayes says.

"You guys wouldn't understand." she says.

"Charlie will you just tell us?" Will asks.

"You guys have to swear not to tell dad, or Nila. No matter what." She says.

"Yeah we promise." I say.

"I trust you two. Hayes you won't tell anyone, will you?" I ask.

"You don't trust your own twin!?" He asks.
