Alyssa's P.O.V.
The second the doctor left my dad tried getting up.
"No no Trey lay down you heard the doctor you have to rest" My mom said to him.
"Do you want some more water dad?" Alex asked and my dad shook his head. I don't why I felt so scared to speak up.
"Alyssa I am so happy to see you here with us." My dad said and smiled.
"Dad I am so sorry for leaving. I know I shouldn't have and I know you're probably going to ground me for life. Please don't lock me in my room." I kept rambling on and he just laughed.
"Of course I am not going to lock you in the room." He said and I smiled.
"Although you are going to be punished for leaving." He said.
"It's fine dad I am just glad you are okay." I said and went to hug him carefully.
"So dad.." Alex said and I looked at him.
"Not now Alex." My mom said and Alex backed down.
"Actually right now is better." My dad said.
"I heard what you did and I am impressed." My dad said and we all looked at him in shock.
"You heard that?" Alex asked and he got nervous.
"Of course I did. I could hear you guys talking, but I don't remember every single detail." He said that and my heart dropped. Does that mean he heard everything I said about Harry?
"I agree with you. We should talk to them and finally end this feud." He said and smiled.
"I don't agree with you." He said pointed at me.
"I don't think Harry is a good person for you." He said and I felt my heart break.
"W-what?" I asked him in shock.
"He hurt you so much already. How are you so sure that he changed? How do you know he won't hurt you again?" He asked me. I didn't know what to say to him I was in so much shock.
"Why don't we talk about this later?" My mom asked.
"What is there to talk about? I won't allow you to be together with him. As soon as we close this deal with them we are going back home." He said and I sat down.
"But dad I think-" Alex was going to talk but my dad interrupted him.
"I already said no. Do you think that just because you were leader for a couple weeks you can still argue with me? My decision is final." He said and I felt my eyes get watery.
"I'm going outside." I said and walked out of the room.
I went into the restroom and sat down on the floor. I put my head between my knees and started sobbing. I knew my dad wasn't going to allow this, but I didn't know it was going to hurt this much. A small part of me was hoping that my dad would say yes. They are going to be able to see and talk to them when the peace treaty happens, but I won't be able to. There was a knock on the door and I wiped my tears away.
"Busy!" I said.
"Sweetie it's me please let me in." I heard my mom's voice say.
"Mom, I'm kind of busy." I said.
"Okay that's fine." She said and then there as silence. I got up and threw water in my face. It didn't help because my eyes were still red and puffy. I opened the door and my mom was standing there with her arms closed.
"Don't you dare close the door on your mother." She said.
"Mom, He won't let me be with him." I said and started crying.
