A few days have gone by since Nathalie told Gabriel about her past.
Nothing has changed since then. It was just like any other day at the office, but maybe there were a few more glances and comments, but other than that nothing had really changed.
Right now the two were headed back to Jagged's dance studio for an emergency meeting.
Nathalie quickly parked the car and they both rushed into the building.
"Thank god your here" Jagged cried out
"Yes of course" Nathalie reassured
"What's the matter?" Gabriel stressed
"The files for your designs got deleted and I need a copy of the ones you have" Jagged urded leading Gabriel and Nathalie towards his office.
The three of them entered Jagged's office and saw Penny going through the files on his computer.
"Pen, they're here" said Jagged
"Oh thank god" Penny sounded relieved
Nathalie brought her tablet up towards the computer and plugged it in. She then started to download the files into Jagged's computer.
"There it should be done in about an hour or so" Nathalie assured
Jagged smiled and sighed in relief, then he sat down.
"Thank you so much. God, I forgot to make a backup of the files and before I knew it they were gone" he added
Gabriel smiled and sat down next to his friend
"It's all good, we needed a break from the office anyways" Gabriel chuckled
"Do you still need me?" Penny asked Jagged
"Nope, Penny you're alright to leave" he answered
"Where are you going?" Nathalie questioned
"Back to studio 7, Hunter is still working on the choreography for the video and he needs a partner" told Penny.
"You wanna come? The file is gonna take a long time and you have nothing else to do." she continued
"Sure why not! Are you ok with that sir?" Nathalie asked Gabriel
"Why don't we all go, I need to be in there to see the dance anyways" Jagged interrupted
"Sure sounds good" Gabriel answered
Jagged got up from the seat and followed Penny out of the office. Nathalie was about to leave when Gabriel stopped her.
"Nat, what did I say about you calling me sir" Gabriel said in a disappointed tone
"Sorry it just slips out, I'm used to calling you that when around business partners" she replies
"Jagged and Penny are our friends, yes they are also our business partners but friends non the less" Gabriel chuckled
"I know, I know. I just- " Nathalie takes a frustrated breath, "I guess it's just a force of habit, I mean I called you sir for how many years?"
"Too many" Gabriel grins and ushers Nathalie out of the room.
Closing the door behind him, the two then head to studio 7 to meet up with the others.
Walking into studio 7, they both saw Hunter and Penny attempting to do a type of waltz, while Jagged tried to instruct them.
"One, two, three, one, two, no Pen your left leg goes first" Jagged said a bit frustrated
"Sorry, sorry I'm not very good at this" Penny smiled awkwardly
