Confession

Seven months had passed. Seven excruciating months for Gabriel that is.

Nathalie is doing well. Her and Hunter seem to be just as happy as they were seven months ago.

Gabriel's feelings for Nathalie have still not gone away, however he is dealing with them in a healthier way.

Not as many all nighters, and a few less cups of coffee.

Gabriel is still burying himself in his work. His new clothing line is almost finished and his design for Auderys dress finally got approved.

Now Gabriel just has to worry about the fabric of the dress, and he can finally start to make it come to life.

It was just like any other day at the Agreste household. Adrien would be at school, Nathalie would be at her computer working on some emails, and Gabriel would be drawing his designs at his desk.

The day seemed to be going well, until Gabriel went through his mail.

Most of the time, the mail is just a bunch of packages and letters from fans, Either for Gabriel or Adrien.

But this time while going through his bills and important papers, a beige envelope caught his eye.

He pulled it out of the pile and read the writing on the front.

"Save the date" it read.

"Save the date? Is it for one of my siblings?" Gabriel thought to himself.

He opened the envelope and pulled out the card that was inside.

He read:

Save the date, June 14th for the wedding of Nathalie Sancour and Hunter Reid!

The address of the church: 53 Boulevard de Normandie.

The reception address: 46 Place du Jeu de Paume

Hope you can come and witness our special day!

Gabriel couldn't believe what he was reading.

"She's getting married? Why didn't she tell me she was engaged?" Gabriel was pulled from his thoughts when Nathalie entered the office.

"You're getting married?" Gabriel said immediately and stood up from his desk.

Nathalie turned her head and smiled.

"Yes, I am" she sounded hesitant.

Gabriel searched her eyes for any sign of doubt or fear, a sign that she didn't want to get married. He found nothing.

"W-well congratulations Nat!" he said, trying to hide his sadness.

He opened his arms for a hug which Nathalie accepted.

He hugged her tight, not wanting to let her go.

Nathalie hugged Gabreil back. It was nothing like the hug they shared months ago. This felt cold and distant.

"Well lets see the ring" Gabriel had to fake a smile, ending the embrace.

Nathalie held up her hand to show Gabriel her ring.

The ring was very generic . It was gold with a beautiful diamond on top. The stone wasn't too big but big enough for it to reflect the light being shined upon it.

"Its beautiful Nat, Hunter did a great job finding a ring" Gabriel spoke, bringing his hand underneath hers.

Nathalie smiled and slide her hand out of Gabriels
