When we got to breakfast I said nothing to Rhys, still hoping that my crying session wouldn't be brought up, even if it was just me and Rhys talking about it. I hadn't spoken since I broke down crying, I was too embarrassed and nervous that Rhys would think I was weak. As I munched on my cereal I zoned out thinking about random pieces of homework I had to do.
"Jaaaay! Earth to Jay!" a voice shouted as a hand waved in front of my face.
"Hm? Yeah?" I replied suddenly feeling lighter and less worried
"You okay there? You looked distracted," Clara asked smiling
"Yeah, I'm good just thinking about random stuff," I responded
"We should probably get going to class now guys," Rhys butted in, "excited for RE Jay?" he added sarcastically making me groan. Why RE? Anything would have been better!
We made our way to our lesson and sat in our new assigned seats, luckily I was sat next to Rhys! The lesson dragged on for an hour before the bell rang and everyone started to pack up.
"The bell is for me not for you!" the teacher yelled, "once you've finished page 17 you can go to break," ugh whyyy? I quickly finished up and followed Rhys out the door.
We navigated the corridors and found our way to our next lesson - double german.
"Hallo! Wie Geht's?" Frau McMahon asked. (Translation: Hello! How are you?)
"Mir geht's gut danke, was ist mit dir?" I replied (Translation: I'm fine thanks, what about you?)
"Gut," she answered, "Right everyone! We're going to carry on from last time"
In the space of a few minutes, I was already bored and Rhys seemed to notice.
"Jay," he whispered, "wanna go for a run in the woods?"
"Can we? Really?" I asked
"Yeah, we can just say you haven't had the chance since your headache... uh incident and they should let us!" he explained quietly so as not to alert the teacher. "I'll ask in a minute once she's finished explaining, act like you're distracted and need to calm down,"
"Okay"
A few minutes later and I heard the words, "Ja, ja! Natürlich kannst du!" then within seconds we were running down the corridor towards the woods excited to be able to skip german. (Translation: Yes, yes! Of course, you can!)

Rhys and I were in the woods playing hide and seek to try and improve my tracking skills.
"3, 2, 1! Ready or not here I come" I mumbled the last part, tired from playing for hours.
I quickly turned into my wolf and started sniffing the air for Rhys' scent. I found it easily and started to follow it down a small woodland path. After following the scent for a little bit I came across a river. DAMN IT! Water disguises scent! Ugh, now I have to try and listen out for him or find tracks. AND I have to go through this river. I waded through the river - to my disgust - and started looking around for tracks and found some, they looked around the right size and shape to be Rhys' fox's I followed them up to a fallen hollow tree and looked inside. To my surprise, Rhys was actually in there! We both exited the log and shifted back.
"Found ya!" I exclaimed happily
"Well done! I thought the river would have put you off," he replied
