"You can leave us right here." Malaya states. As they stand outside the grand club. Malaya sets Jaemin on a bench supporting him through his hurls.

"In what way are you getting home?" Vaani questions, with a disgusted face as Jaemin's gagging simmers down.

"I'll get a taxi. Don't worry about us, you can head back inside." Malaya awkwardly smiles, smoothing her friend back.

"In his state I doubt he will last enough to wait for a taxi."

"It's fine I swear."

"No, I insist." Vaani pressed sternly, with no room to argue. Her face accompanies her tone, blandly looking at the couple with one half dead and another too concerned to argue.

"Ok." She settled, not wanting to argue with the Dominant Alpha. Knowing she will lose in the end.

"Stay here, I'll pull up to make it easier to carry him inside." The Alpha declares, rummaging through her pockets, grabbing her car keys.

As if there is no need to respond, Malaya only nods. Focusing on her pale friend that desperately needed a warm bed and medication. You idiot, I'm going to kill you tomorrow when you wake up.

"Mm." A groan was the only response he could give as his head lays limp on Malaya's shoulder. Deeply wanting to slap the man for giving her unnecessary trouble tonight. Not only receiving a call regarding his troubles late at night but Vaani had seen Malaya at a club. And now entangle with such.

Though she was curious who that woman was. Is that her friend? She's an omega. Leaving her all alone wouldn't be safe. Or maybe an escort? Malaya thought, when the omega confronted Vaani at the time.

Not that Malaya can sense Omega pheromones as that is a trait Dominant Alpha holds. Recessive senses only when they're in heat; as she can only depend on the omegan features the woman holds. Her petite figure and the beauty her face holds enough to seduce a hungry Alpha. But not this Alpha.

It wasn't any of her business, yet she was still curious. Wanting answers that Malaya has no right to ask. The Alpha simply shrugged it off; however, it was still tugging at her. Why are you like this? Stop it, why do you care? You don't even know her.

Sighing, as the breeze develops by the busy downtown roads. Taking in the sight of the big red neon sign casting on her face.

Upon arrival Vaani admires the beautiful sight. Malaya's eyes complementing the red neon light setting an erotic mood. The breeze blowing her straight long hair in the right places as if there was a spotlight directed at her. And only her.

Her well concerned expression so endearing that Vaani wishes she could receive. As her head also lay limp on her shoulder, gazing the streets as they go by. Hours upon hours caressing each other as if they were the only person they had. Her number 1...

A red pigment builds up onto Vaani's cheeks and up to her ears. Shit. Slightly aroused, a bulge nearly hard, she covers herself from any evidence of what the mere sight of Malaya's beauty can do to her. Right. Her lover... She scowled.

As the alluring moment turns displeasing in an instant. Like turning on a light switch in a well lit room; one that is not needed. Vaani heads to the couple.

"Come on."

Holding onto the drunken man by the shoulder, Vaani practically throws Jaemin in the back seat; leaving no room as he lays sideways on all three seats. Clearing up any space for Malaya to accompany him, having no choice but to sit in the front seat.

This however, made Malaya nervous. Just being a mere foot apart Vaani made her cringe. Why are making this worse than what it is... She internally cries.

Meanwhile, Vaani closes the door and makes her way to the driver seat, turning on the engine. By then Malaya enters, scurrying off into the downtown roads.

A drive later..

Approaching Malaya's and Jaemin's apartment building, Vaani parks her car. Malaya quickly jumps out the car finally being able to breath the suffocating car ride. To say the least, the car ride was everything but enjoyable. Containing a few questions and directions but the eerie awkward silence was killing her. Vaani wasn't any better. As she could sense Malaya's discomfort; so she sped up hoping to quickly get to the destination. Possibly getting a speeding ticket in her mail.

"Can you open the door so it can be easier to get him in?" Vaani requests, opening the back door of her car. Revealing a sleeping Jaemin clueless to his surroundings, as if he was a toddler taking a nap after a long day. Gross, she thought. Oblivious to all his troubles the two Alphas had to suffer with.

"Oh sure. I would have to search him though." Malaya answers.

"Don't you have keys to your own house?"

"Yeah but not to his."

"What kind of lovers live next to each other but not together?"

"You're misunderstanding. We aren't lovers." As if a weight was lifted off her shoulder, Vaani smiles at those few words. I have a chance...

Now at the front door Vaani hands Jaemin to Malaya.

"Now he's in your hands." Vaani smiles at Malaya.

"Haha yeah." She awkwardly laughs upon seeing the uncommon expression shown on Vaani's face. Though it's a nice sight to see, so she thought.

"Um...so do you want to have lunch? For the...w-wedding." Her stuttering didn't go unnoticed as she herself thought how pathetic she sounded asking a simple question. Given the fact her excuse was the wedding as Vaani has no interest in the event.

"Oh right I almost forgot. Sure what time?"

"Sunday at 1."

"Great, see you then."

The next morning..

"Do you not understand what I had to go through!?" Malaya screams, hitting Jaemin with a pillow.

"Mm, can you shut up. You're making the headache worse." Jaemin groans, pushing his head further into his pillow. Tuning out Malaya's yelling, or so he tried.

"Good! I even had to see my boss' sister. To make it worse it was at a club." She whines, recollecting the awkward exchange and the deathly car ride.

Jaemin lifts his head at this. Wanting to laugh at his friend struggles; though he knows enough not to. Most likely receiving a few punches if he does so.

"Mm, nice."

"You suck, I even have lunch with her."

"What?" A sly smirk grows on the hungover man.

"So like a date?" He playfully jokes.

"What!? It's not a date, we have to talk about a wedding." She blushes. Although she thought of it as a date too. No it can't be. She said it herself, it's for the wedding... Right?

"It's a date." He bluntly states, not taking her word for it. She's like a clueless child with no dating experience. Jaemin internally laughs at his friend's antics.

"It's not a date!" Malaya retorts.

"You can keep telling yourself that if it makes you feel better." He heads to the restroom, leaving Malaya alone with her thoughts.

Oh god... It's a date.
