"Ah! Malaya I missed you!" Saria stands up from her chair to bear hug Malaya.

The beta has been Malaya's college and good friend other than Jaemin. Though the beta is one year younger than the Alpha's, Saria is an intelligent woman who excelled throughout her classes. With advance placement or in other words AP classes that Malaya was also assigned to.

The beta was a bit outgoing in college so she became acquainted with various people. However, she grew closer to Malaya having shared classes with each other as they quickly became friends.

In fact she is Malaya's only friend, as the beta inspired her with her work ethic and her bubbly personality. However, a few months into 2nd semester as a freshman student, the beta left for other educational programs; although that wasn't the slightest reason why she left...

"I've missed you too. You look great." Malaya sat on the chair across Saria while she hands the alpha a cup of coffee.

"Ehh, I mean I try. What can I say, I can't let this beauty go to waste." She expressed, guiding her hands to present herself and her beauty.

"You don't look so bad yourself." The beta smirked after examining the tall alpha dressed beautifully, causing people to stop and stare at the woman.

"Thank you. I've been sluggish lately so I decided enough is enough." Malaya smiled as she tucks her long black hair behind her ear.

"Mm did something like that really affect you?" The beta questioned.

"Yes, Vaani didn't make it any better... Well we made up but then she left for a supposed business trip, yet she ignored me these past few days. It's so annoying always thinking about her, and... and... cravi-" The alpha abruptly stopped her embarrassing rant.

Oh god did I say that out loud... She flushed, saying something like that in front of her friend along with her confession what affects the alpha has on her.

"Oh." Saria slyly smirks at her friend's flustered manner.

"Have you fallen in love with Vaani?" A sly expression plastered on the beta's face.

"W-what! No, what would make you think that? In fact I hate her. Once I see her she's nothing alright." The alpha expressed words that she didn't even believe in herself. But how could she admit something so embarrassing and uncommon to herself.

"We'll... if you say so."

"Enough about me. How was your long awaited educational program?"

"It was good. Uh, I got my degree and met new people. Overall the experience was great."

"That's great to hear. I remember how quickly you left. Just shows how badly you wanted to go." Malaya laughs at Saria's younger self.

However, Saria sat uncomfortable in her seat. The events that happened earlier before that phone call made her abruptly decide her life changing decision. It was for the better.

"Haha yeah." The beta sipped on her coffee wishing the subject changed.

Eventually the subject changed as they chatted for an hour, catching up on the exciting events these few years. The few unknown missed calls unnoticed towards the alpha. It was tucked deeped in the alpha's purse, vibrating profusely awaiting the owner to answer.

"Ex-excuse me! I-I was wondering if I could get your number!" An omega male asked flusterly while extending his phone out towards the alpha, hoping to get the beauty's number.

Obviously having no morals as he ignored the woman across from the alpha. As the possibility the two women could be dating was thrown out the window.

"Is he crazy? That's Vaani Arison's girlfriend." One of the omega's friends whispered to the other.

"Well it was never confirmed, like you said 'supposed'. The other friend established.

"I guess so..." They settled.

"Let's see how this plays out..."

.  .  .

"Oh well uh, sorry but I'm going to kindly reject." Malaya softly spoken.

"We could be friends...I just- you are very beautiful." He muttered softly, a bit too quiet to Malaya's liking. The submissiveness he presented simply because she is an Alpha made Malaya uncomfortable. Give up already.

"Thank you. Sorry but I'm going to have to decline. Again I'm sorry."

"Ah well, you haven't given me a chance. So please-"

"Didn't you hear her? She said no so fuck off."

The group of three stared at the voice that so maliciously interrupted. Saria and Malaya stared with widened eyes. The alpha that suddenly went MIA these few days strolled into the coffee shop, accompanied by her assistant. Who does she think she is ignoring me? And now showing up all of a sudden. Malaya scoffs.

Malaya's eyes narrowed, glancing at the women beside her. So it was true...

A sudden pang struck her heart making her stomach squeeze along with her eyesight haze.

"I can speak for myself." She stated, though Malaya stumbled a bit. She held onto the chair for some support from the sudden change of health.

Vaani noticed the ill behavior Malaya showed, grabbing her waist to support her. Yet Malaya swatted Vaani's hands from the hold making her want her to throw up.

"Get off of me." The older alpha practically cried, knocking into the forgotten omega that asked her for her number earlier.

"Ah!" They knocked into each other landing on the floor. Malaya hovering over the male omega blushing embarrassingly. They resembled a scene of two people falling in love as they quite literally fell onto the floor with flushed complexion.

People seem to gather around taking in the sight of the young couple. Taking a few pictures and cheering on the two. Even the omega's friends seem to gather around the two, shocked from the position their friends were placed in.

However, the younger alpha did not like this. Malaya was hers and hers only. And now an omega has taken her woman, Vaani couldn't take enough of this.

"Come on get up." The alpha irritably remarked, grasping the older alpha's arm to hold her up and towards herself.

"Let me go. Leave me alone like you have done these past few days." She whined, widening the distance from the younger alpha.

"I said let's go Malaya." Her cold demeanor and voice increased as the infuriating pheromones emitted, presenting the power of an dominant alpha. None to be encountered in direct confrontation.

Left with no words to fight back with, Malaya obediently left the younger alpha to lead her out the coffee shop towards her car. Leaving the two studded beta left in the dark. The crowd of people went on with their day after that interlinkage; including the male omega left stunned on the floor.

"Well there goes my ride." Vaani's assistant sighed.

"Haha would you like a ride?"

"Oh if you don't mind, that would be great."

"It's fine."She smiles and waves it off. "Saria." The college beta friend greeted, extending a hand out to be shaken.

"Londyn." The beta assistant replied, taking Saria's hand with a firm nod.

What a mess.
