It's finally done, I've finally completed it. After almost, wow. As I'm writing this I just realized it's almost been exactly 2 years since I wrote the prologue. It's been a helluva ride, much longer or successful than I ever imagined it would go. I can't thank each and every one of you enough. At the time of writing this, we're close to 5K reads and 250 votes, that's absolutely mind blowing. I know I was tardy, and many of you left the series in between, but those who stuck by, from the bottom of my heart, Thank you.
The ending may not be what some of you imagined, but this is what I had in mind from chapter 5 onwards. One of the reasons that this chapter took so long is that I rewrote and rewrote it. The first draft was finished in early feb, but I had an internal debate with myself with as to go with my original plan, or change it to make it a happy end and scrap plans for a Book 2. Because yes, a sequel is coming. So this isn't really the end, more of a break.
I have a couple of projects I wanna do next. One of them is a rewrite of the earlier chapters. The plot will say the same, but I'll fix my lazy writing from the early days. The second is of course the sequel to Promises, whose name I haven't finalized yet (psssst post ideas in comments). The third is actually non-zelda. I want to do a Marvel fanfiction whose plot I won't reveal just yet. I don't know which of these I'll be doing first yet, but rest assured one of them will be coming soon. Finally, thank you again, I hope to see y'all in whatever I write next!
