chapter 9

(annie's pov)

"i'll be s-seeing you after s-school then, annie" she waved at me and walk to her next class with sasha

'can't wait to go home with, y/n!' i thought to myself and snapped out if it

it's been two months since she starts her school here and she made a lot of progress, i'm glad i could help her get some friends and of course, so that she wouldn't have to stick with me only but... it is kinda ni-

"heyyy! annie! long time no see. how have you've been?" hitch interrupted my thoughts and i roll my eyes because i don't to deal with shit again with this bitch

"come on...now, the past is the past. i thought we were cool about it..."

"only you, you little bitch" curse under my breath

"you know, you gotta be careful with y/n too. she's no different than me"

i start to feel pissed, i punched the wall beside her face

"don't fucking think she's the same shit like you" she didn't show any response but just stood there

"really? she could just fake those smiles and lied," she started to get close to me, and my ear

"your so-called 'friends' could be fake and after all, she's a boring bitch who'll be more happier to fo find a bitch like you"

i began to sweat and snap out of it. manage to pull her away from me

"shut the fuck up! you're the one who is fake here, you don't even fucking know her!" i yelled at her

"what about you then? what do you know about her? do you know why she even wants to have shit friends with you?"

i remembered y/n's reason to be my friend, it was fine but.... until the part where she said 'different' making me confused

"she's care about me than you, bitch!" i said to her and walk off, i realized something from what i didn't see in the beginning

i walked near y/n's class, the class has finished and i decided to just forget what hitch told me. i then suddenly heard y/n's and sasha's conversation

"hey y/n! how come you never told me why you moved here?" sasha eating her bread as usual

"w-well.. you n-never asked so... i d-didn't tell you.." y/n said to her

"oh right! my bad, hahaha! so, tell me then"
sasha scratched the back of her head

"mmm.., ok then. well, my previous t-town was ok but.. it was kinda far from here though... m-my dad got this opportunity job from here... and i-i was happy for him so that's why we have to move here"

"ohh! you must be pretty lonely on your first day here" sasha said that felt pity for y/n

"hmm.. a little b-bit  i guess, but t-thanks to annie i didn't. after all, w-we both h-have our secret boundary.." she smiled at the last part and i knew what she meant by our 'secret boundary'

'when y/n touched me... i healed...'

"secret boundary? oh! you mean, you guys are dating now?!" sasha made that conclusion

"n-no no no, n-not like that...sasha" she waved her hand as a sign no

"i-i told you it's a s-secret" she nervously put her finger on her lips

"whhaatt....? come on, just tell me... i promise, i won't tell anyone" y/n shake her head as a no and sasha pouted

i began to walk away and walk to my fucking house alone

'as fucking much i don't want to believe hitch shits but..... they were true.....'

(y/n's pov)

"hmmm, i-i wonder why she's late...maybe i-i should call her" i called annie but it seems she's not picking up, maybe her batteries gone

"y/n? what are you doing here? is kinda late now" it was reiner asked and bertholdt besides him

"o-oh! i-i'm waiting f-for annie.."

"annie? she's left already though... she had urgent in her house so..." he said awkwardly

"e-eh?! r-really? if t-that so... o-ok, thanks f-for telling me.." reiner nodded and left first with bertholdt

'hmm..even so.. it made me kinda sad...'

i took a deep breath and walk out of the school. i'm walking on the street and saw some bakery so i thought i could buy some treat for annie and sasha

'i hope annie will like this' i smiled to myself while i look at the plastic bag
