We did it guys. We're at the end of Infinity War.
This was a bitch to write, I'm sure you can imagine that since I haven't posted a chapter in a while (again, duh).
First of all a huge thank you to these special people since I am pretty sure you guys have voted for every single chapter I have uploaded so far, even the authors notes, I am really thankful for that. So, Thank you to:

I really hope I haven't forgotten anyone, these are just the few people that I could remember. Second of all I am kind of indecisive and I don't know what to do with the ending so I am giving you guys 3 options , just comment on the one you like the most and I'll do see how it sits with me.

1. Sad ending: could mean Steve doesn't come back and stays with Peggy or Steve and Y/N don't stay together (haven't decided yet)

2. happy ending: Steve comes back after bringing back the Stones and all is well

3. both 🤷🏽‍♀️ : I'll write the second to the last chapter with Steve standing on the time machine and thats how that one ends. Then you'll get two last chapters in which you can decide if you want a good or bad ending. (since these will both be endings it'll take much longer to upload since I don't want to make anyone wait longer that others, so I'll post them at the same time.)

There he was, standing tall, his hand clad with the gauntlet. 5 stones where already there. One he had left to get. Ours.
'Cap, that's him.',Bruces voice came through the coms again. Steve and I let go of each other and reloaded our weapons and shields.
'Eyes up, stay sharp.'
As the titan advances I see Bruce rush at him, trying to take him down. Suddenly the blue Stone began glowing in the glove, projecting the glow onto bruce, making the hulk buster intangible. As he flew through Thanos he went towards a rock, solidifying inside of it. Cap is next, as he makes his move he begins glowing a vibrant purple, catapulting him into the air and making him fall to the ground. T'challa also charges shortly after Steve, yet the big purple grape grabs him by the throat and knocks him unconscious with the gauntlet. Next is Falcon, than me, than Rhodey, Bucky, Nat, Okoye...Every one, else but no one seems to get to him. We don't stand a chance. The only possibility is...the stone. My mind began thinking again, it hurt like hell after a blast from the purple gem but I got up from my spot and rush to Wanda. She had been shielding herself and Vision from all of this, them both keeping the stone away from Thanos. I rush toward her, my mind reeling.
'Wanda, you can destroy the stone! Your powers come from it, right? You can destroy it.' Wandas eyes widened first then her gaze went unsure. 'I can destroy it but we don't know what happens to Vision if I do!' 'Wanda, Darling. There's no time.' Visions gaze was anything but unsure.
'Besides, I can't feel one literal connection to it anymore, I think this connection is just like a connection of two magnets coming together. They can exist separate but one is always prone to get to the other.' 'Wanda, time is running out. You need to destroy it before he sees it!'
Vision took the Stone out of its hide, holding it close to Wanda, her eyes lock on it as if also drawn to it.
'You must, Darling. I will be here the entire time.'
'Wanda, please. This is the only options, T'challa is unconscious, Caps nearly bleeding out. Rhody can't breath, Bruce is trapped in a fucking rock. This is our chance to end this. Please!'
I could see her mind racing and then finally, she lifted a shaky hand, glowing the familiar angry red I have started to appreciate in the last few hours. She blasts her powers towards the stone, finally glancing back at Thanos. '(Y/N), CAREFUL!' Too late, I was flying across the field, away from Wanda and Vision, crashing hard into damp ground. My head hurt, yet the new surge of adrenalin kept me awake. Steve had gotten back up, covered in his own blood, trying to keep Thanos' palm open, trying to keep him from using the stones again. Seconds later he is sent flying towards me, landing nearly on top. Wanda was now destroying the Stone while sending a second beam of energy towards the titan, holding him off. Vision looks at her reassuringly. 'It's alright, love. Keep going.' Vision was using his own powers now, trying all that was possible, both seemingly succeeding. And then there is a faint crack. Visions expression changes into a small smile, Wands' eyes widen with shock. Then suddenly...it shatters. A huge forcefield waves through the field, everything is quiet then, Thanos' panting was the only sound we could here. 'No...', his voice calm yet furious all the same. 
The seconds passed, seeming like hours. Not another sound came from him for what felt like an eternity.
I see how Thanos wanders towards Wanda, she was now face down to the ground heaving heavily. As she lifts herself up slightly she looks at Thanos, now mere millimeters away from her and Vision. The titan gently caresses her head with his giant mauler. 'Today, I lost more than you can know. But now is no time to mourn. Now is not time at all.' My heart begins racing again as Thanos walks over to the shattered pieces of the Stone, he clenches his fist, the time stone and two bands glow around his gauntlet and a luminous green runed disk appears before his palm. As he rotates the disk with his hand all the tiny, shattered piece begin to move and gather as if someone was rewinding a single moment in time. I realize just then that this was exactly what he was doing, rewinding what Vis and Wanda had done.
'No!',the cry had left me before my mind could realize it and so did Wandas.
We both charged towards Thanos, me gun and baton in hand, Wandas hands glowing again but we had no chance, the titan knocked us away with a purple power surge from the gauntlet. And as the stone had reformed, I saw how his meaty fingers went to grab it, the Stone emitted an almost searching sound before finding his damned place in the center of the infinity gauntlet adorning Thanos hand. Bolts of light surged up his arm, spreading all over his body before going away completely. I look around, everything seemed as if in slow motion. Wanda still on the ground next to me, Vision now, unconscious but alive, Steve still holding his rib, trying to stand up. I thought we had no chance now yet suddenly there it was, a chance opening itself to me. Thor. If someone could likely stop him, if Wanda couldn't, it would be him. So I instructed everyone I could reach to get to us and Thor to try attack him. And he did. A giant bolt came a few seconds later, blasting Thanos to the ground as Thor finally flies toward him.  The giant tries blasting Thor away as he did with us but before he can catch him with a surge of power from the gauntlet Thor throws his new axe towards Thanos, wedging it in his chest making him come down on his knees. It seemed as though the world stopped again for a minute as Thor wrapped his hand around his neck and around the head of the axe. Pushing it deeper inside thanos' chest, hopefully hurting him more than he did us already. We hear the Titan groan with anguish, his eyes widening with hurt. Yet slowly he shook his head at what Thor had said to him, slowly replying. We couldn't hear and I started helping Wanda up and helping a slowly waking Vision. Steve was at my side now, I had nearly forgotten how the other had to keep fighting around us, how his army was still attacking at the edge of the woods towards Wakanda City.

And then,.. he snapped his fingers.

A white light engulfed us and when it disappeared again the gauntlet was burned and smoking.

'What did you do? WHAT DID YOU DO?',Thor was screaming now, panicking almost. I sure was panicking as I looked around, seeing my family around me, confusion and fear in their eyes. Steve found his way towards me, still holding his hurting ribs. Then suddenly a black cloud captured Thanos from behind, making him disappear into thin air, leaving us all fighting for our lives and panting.
'Where'd he go?',I walked towards Thor, as everyone else did. Everyone gathering around a wounded Vision. Thor didn't answer. 'Thor? Where'd he go?',he still didn't answer me. Bucky stumbled towards us, panic in his eyes. 'Steve?',his body starts to disintegrate as he falls to the ground, his whole body suddenly crumbling into dust. Steve runs towards where his best friend was standing mere seconds ago, Natashas cry bringing us all back to now. I engulf Nat in an embrace trying to understand what just happened. Slowly everyone around us began moving again, now out of their trance, realizing what was happening. And person after person my most loved people in the world started to disappear. T'challa was next, then the giant tree and then, as tears started welling up in my eyes, I watch as a hovering Wanda starts to disintegrate into dust, Visions eyes filled with more emotions then I had ever seen in him. Sam was the last person to leave us from what I could gather. Steve and I drop onto the ground knees first, helping Vision get stabilized. Rhodey comes forward, still looking around as if he was searching for someone. 'What is this? What the hell is happening?' Rhodey glances at Thor whose gaze remains averted.The little speaking rodent, I think his name was Rocket, keeps his arms crossed, mourning his own loss. Bruce stands next to him, still in his Hulk Buster. Nat had gotten herself up on her feet again, she had wrapped her arms around herself to stabilize. Steve was just staring before him, still in shock over what happened. Realization hit him then. 'Oh, God.'
