Hi guys long time to write ✍️. I have begun an apprenticeship and am head over heels full of work. I know it sounds like an excuse but time just is passing so fast these past few weeks. This is just a short little chapter to set us into Wakanda. The next chapters will just be 'your' POV because I do want to change some things in Infinity War and Endgame for the better.

And pweaaase be pacient with me. Time does run out and believe me if I had the eye of Agamoto I'd use it to create more of it. Thats all for now.
Enjoy. ♥️

Visions eyes shone with disbelieve. As he strode toward us he said something that made Steves whole body stiffen under my hand I had placed on his arm to reassure him.

'Captain, 70 years ago, you laid down your life to save how many millions of people? Tell me, why is this any different?'

Just as Steve was ready to pick a fight he was sure he'd win, Bruce chimed in, bringing a whole other, better, idea into our minds.

'Because you might have an choice. Your mind is made up of a complex construct of overlays. Jarvis, Ultron, Tony, me, Thor, the Stone. All of them mixed together, all of them learning from one another.'

Wanda had kept quiet, lost in thought because of Visions idea to let her terminate his life with her power she had once hated so much but learned to love because of him. Yet, her eyes showed hope now, slowly realizing the chance Vision truly had. Her sokovian accent thick because of her nervousness.

'You're saying Vision isn't just the stone anymore?'

Bruce turned to her, pacing the room pensively.

'I'm saying that if we take out the stone there's still a whole lot of Vision left. Perhaps the best parts.'

'Can we do that? Well, I mean can you do it Bruce?', I chimed in.

Bruce shook his head no, allowing Wanda to let out a little scream and me and the others a desperate sigh.

'No, not me. Not here.'

Rhody rubbed his bionic legs as he stood, I glanced at Steve. He had an idea building in his head I knew he had from Tony.

'Well, you better find someone and somewhere fast. Ross isn't just gonna let you guys have your old rooms back.

I tucked at Steves sleeve and looked him deep in his baby blue eyes. Hope, finally showing in them too. Turning to the group I said: 'I know somewhere.'

Back in steves room

'How does Tony know about Shuri?'

After having told them about our trip to Wakanda early the next morning, everyone had retreated back to their rooms and sort out their weapons. Steve and I had gone to our floor but soon enough our sleep deprived minds had caught up to us so we went into his room to just lay in his bed and enjoy our togetherness before starting our journey. It had started to rain. The raindrops singing gently against our windows. The first few minutes we were both in such a haze, digesting everything that had gone on the past couple of hours. After that we had been talking about everything and nothing. Steve eventually even told me about a girl he once loved. He had described Peggy as a role model and as a leader and as someone he wished he could have become. I had asked him if he still loved her but he said he was just happy to have known her and wished he could have thanked her for shaping his believes like she did. After that we had dropped the subject and went on to talk about the plan for tomorrow. Talking alliances and game plans... And why Wakanda.

'Tony had reached out to King T'Challa after you guys where fugitives and they met up to clear things up. That was the day Shuri decided to pop in in the Wakandan Embassy where Tony was. They clicked instantly. Great minds think alike and stuff like that. They kept in touch since. Me and T'Challa also trained together when T'Chaka was still in charge and I was still in training.'

How did I never tell him about that? Steve seemed baffled at that but got it together fairly quickly. As he snuggled closer to me I began caressing his hair. He was getting sleepy yet somehow he seemed restless. The last hours had taken a toll on him. Bucky being away in Wakanda was unusual for him too. It had been a long time since the two had been separated for as long as a whole day. But with their history I wasn't even thinking about getting jealous. I missed Tony, too. Talking strategy and plans had been strange without him. No one tried to take a comedic take on the situation which made the danger even realer and more terrifying.
Tony had always been good as easing tension in serious situations, though it made some people, well mostly Steve, nuts it made me see the missions as a game, as something we could, would, win. Just like he had in Stranges' Sanctorium.
With the thought of that, if fell into a somewhat restless slumber.
