Chapter 4: Scared Me! (Amelia's PoV)

As I walked away from my friend Lenore, I then in stead got my eyes on the fact that I needed to go back to my home. It was a little bit too late out, and whilst I knew that the world down here was not as bad as the world once was up there, and still is up there, I knew that some one could easily walk up on me.
I breathed in quite a bit heavily to my self, as I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, all at once. As soon as it was that I had got my eyes, and I had got my focus on the fact as to just what it was that I needed to do next, that was when I then all of the sudden noticed that there was a man in front of me. I jumped back a little bit surprised, as it seemed like it was exactly what it was that I had feared.
Some one had in fact been stalking me, as I knew that I was good looking of course. They were going to attack me as soon as it was that I was alone! This person for sure was watching me, as I saw that his eyes were in fact on me right now, all at the exact same time too, none the less.
How ever, I immediately realized as to just who it was, and I calmed my self down, all at the exact same time too, none the less. It was the city's biggest ass hole, which was Knox of course. He was the guy who did not have any friends, and it really did not seem like he could care less about the fact that he did not have any.
It seemed like he just enjoyed being a piece of shit to any body, and to every body that it was that they did in fact come across, all at the exact same time too. I was not all too worried about him at all, as he for sure was not the strongest guy in the city. Cole would be a guy I was more worried about, at least the body type of him. Cole seemed like a fairly decent guy, so I doubt he would do some thing like that to me, even as strange as it was that he acted around me.
I kind of rolled my eyes a little bit too my self all at once, as I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, all at the exact same time too, once again. I then got my focus back on to just what it was that was even going on right now, and just what it was that I was even walking past right now, once again. That was of course Knox, as I saw that he still had his eyes on me.
Was he another guy that had a crush on me? If that was the case, if he was to ask me out, that was going to be a hard no on that one. He treated every one like shit, and I did not want to be around a negative guy like that for the rest of my life.
I kind of just let out quite a bit of a rough, and quite a bit of a heavy sigh to my self, all at once, as I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could. As I began to start to walk past the guy, I then all of the sudden began to start to tilt my head a bit over towards him. I then all of the sudden began to start to squint my eyes over towards him, all at the exact same time too, not all too sure as to just what it was that the guy was even doing in the very first place any ways, none the less.
As I stood there, and I stared for just a little bit longer, I noticed him dip his head a little bit low to the ground. It was clear that he had in fact kind of been stalking us, and he had in fact kind of been stalking the conversation that the other 3 of us had a few moments ago, none the less. I was not all too sure as to why, as I expected him to have a snark comment on all of us, once again.
It just kind of surprised me when it was that he seemed to do just the opposite of that, all at the exact same time too, never the less. He simply in stead just decided to dip his head a little bit low to the ground, as it was clear to me that he was in fact a little bit embarrassed that I had caught him snooping in on our conversation like that, all at the exact same time too.
As soon as it was that I headed past him, all at the exact same time too, that was when I then all of the sudden began to start to speak out loud to my self, once again. Though, it was a little bit too loud if I was not going to lie to my self either, as I knew that for a fact, that Knox could in fact hear as to just what it was that I had said. I just really did not seem to care all too much if I was not going to lie to my self how ever, at that.
"You weird ass dude Knox..." I said out loud, all at the exact same time as well, as I knew for a fact that he had heard what I had said. He kind of moved a little bit as soon as it was that I had said it, but he then just stood still after a little bit longer, and he kept his head a little bit low to the ground, all at the exact same time as well.
I breathed in quite a bit heavily to my self, all at once, as I did my best to try to get my mind, and I did my best to try to get my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts that I had in fact even been thinking on long before now, once again. I then all of the sudden did in fact begin to start to look away from Knox, all at the exact same time too. I felt like I should care less about the guy at this point, though I still felt a little bit off about the fact that he had been listening to us, and he had not jumped in to try to mock us, all at the exact same time too, as that felt like that was not normal for him what so ever, all at the exact same time as well.
Though, the last few days had not been normal for me what so ever, as some thing just had felt quite a bit off for some odd reason or another, and I just was not all too sure as to just what it was that it could even be in the very first place any ways, none the less. I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could in the mean time, as I got my mind, and my focus off of all of that once again.
As soon as it was that it seemed like I had walked past Knox, and I had got my eyes off of the guy, all at the exact same time too, that was when I then all of the sudden got my eyes in front of me. I ran right in to a person, all at the exact same time as well, as it was another guy, this guy not seeming to stalk us like that last few had, all at the exact same time as well.
That also kind of felt like it might be what it was that felt so strange to me, and felt so weird and so off to me. It felt like there had been a lot of people that had in fact been kind of stalking me and Lenore all day, all at the exact same time too. I hoped that was not some sort of bad omen that some thing bad was about to happen to me.
Though, I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could in the mean time, as I got my mind, and I got my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts that I had in fact been thinking on long before now once again. I in stead got my mind, and I got my focus on the fact that there was a person that I had nearly walked in to, once again. Of course it was another man, and I noticed that I had nearly made him drop a bag full of groceries, all at the exact same time as well, none the less.
I blinked my eyes a few times, as I felt quite a bit bad about that, if I was not going to lie to my self either, as I kind of just did my best to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could in the mean time, as I got my mind, and I got my focus on to just what it was that was even going on right now, all at the exact same time too, once again. As soon as it was that I had realized my mistake, I then all of the sudden began to start to hear the guy begin to start to speak to me, all at the exact same time as well, never the less.
I did my best to try to stay calm, as I felt still quite a bit bad that I had in fact nearly walked in to the guy, and he had in fact nearly dropped all of his groceries that he had in his hand due to that. I did my best to try to stay as calm as I felt like I possibly could, all at the exact same time too. I just looked at the man right in to his eyes, letting him know that I was in fact paying attention as to just what it was that he had to say in the very first place any ways, all at the exact same time too.
The guy luckily did not seem to be all too angry about that, though I felt like no guys ever wanted to be angry with me. Of course, that was due to the fact that it seemed like every single guy had a crush on me, all at the exact same time too, none the less. I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, as I once again got my mind, and I got my focus off of all of the rest of that other stuff, just as it was that I had in fact done long before now, all at the exact same time too, never the less, at that.
The man then began to start to continue to speak to me, all at the exact same time as well. I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, all at once, as I let out a bit of a soft sigh to my self, as I had to remind my self that it was my own fault. I then did in fact begin to start to listen as to just what it was that the guy even had to say to me in the very first place any ways, all at the exact same time too, at that.
"Hey... You gotta watch where you are going Amelia! Nearly made me drop all of my stuff... I still need to take that back home for my girl!" He said to me, all at the exact same time too, as he then all of the sudden began to start to lift up his glasses with his shoulder, all at the exact same time too. I instantly realized as to just who it was that was talking to me, all at the exact same time as well.
That was of course, Westley, as he was kind of the smartest of the people that did in fact live in the city, all at the exact same time too. It seemed like he knew a lot about some things that I had never even heard of, as he kind of seemed like he was in fact a little bit of a nerd, all at the exact same time too. He was also one of my friends, though we did not talk all that often, all at the exact same time as well.
I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, all at the exact same time too. I was just glad that it was not one of the guys who did in fact have a crush on me, all at the exact same time as well, as I let out a bit of a soft sigh to my self, as soon as it was that I had noticed it was just Westley, all at the exact same time too. He might have a crush on me still, but I knew that he was too loyal to his woman, all at the exact same time as well, none the less.
His woman, I was not exactly all that fond of, as me and her had never been all that good of friends. That was the main reason why it felt like me and Westley had not really been hanging out like it was that we once had, all at the exact same time as well, never the less, at that. His girl friend seemed like she kind of hated me, as I remembered that she was, Maegen.
I was not exactly friends with her, but I was never all too sure as to just why it was that she hated me, all at the exact same time too. I had never really done any thing to her to hurt her feelings, or to do any thing to hurt her what so ever. I was not that kind of girl, but it still felt like she did her best to hide from me, and to try to ignore me when I was near by.
I felt like I should not care all too much how ever, as I kind of just let out quite a bit of a soft sigh to my self, all at once, as I did my best to try to get my mind, and to try to get my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts that I had in fact once again been thinking on all at the exact same time as well, at that. I then shook my head, as I got my eyes on Westley, all at the exact same time as well, as I was in fact glad that he was not upset at me.
It in stead seemed like he had quite a bit of a big smile on his face, as it was clear that he was in fact happy to see my face, all at the exact same time too, none the less. I kind of cracked a big smile on my own face, all at the exact same time too, as I then all of the sudden began to start to nod back to him, all at once, to let him know that I was in fact about to speak back to him all of the sudden.
As I stood there, and I stared at him for a little bit longer, he then all of the sudden did in fact nod back to me, all at the exact same time as well, never the less, at that. I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could once again, as it was clear to me that he was in fact paying attention as to just what it was that I was even about to get ready to say back to him, all at th exact same time too. It did in fact make me feel better to know that it was in fact the case, all at the exact same time as well.
I kind of just began to start to blink my eyes a few times, as I was not all too sure as to just what it was that I was even doing right now, at first, but in the end how ever, I did in fact begin to start to realize as to just what it was that I should in fact probably be doing, all at the exact same time as well. I then all of the sudden did in fact go on ahead and begin to start to speak to Westley, all at the exact same time as well, as I knew that he was in fact listening as to just what it was that I even had to say to him in the very first place any ways, none the less.
"I am so sorry Westley! I just have been having a lot on my mind as of late... Especially today, it really has been going crazy..." I said to him, all at the exact same time as well, as I knew that it was the truth. That was in fact the reason that I had in fact ran in to him, as it had been too late for him to dodge me, as he was carrying way too much on him, all at the exact same time as well, never the less.
Westley for some reason, much to my surprise, did in fact begin to start to squint his eyes a bit over towards me, which did in fact confuse me quite a bit as to just why it was that he had in fact even done as such a thing like that, none the less. Did he think that I was lying to him, or that I was telling him some thing completely different that what it was that I was actually thinking right now.
It was clear to me at the very least that I was telling the truth, as it felt like he should know that I was not one to lie to people what so ever, all at the exact same time too. That was just not some thing that was in my nature, as I did not even lie to some one, even if it was that I did not want to hurt their feelings. I always made sure to tell the truth, as I was lucky to have such a good friend like Lenore, all at the exact same time as well, who always was one to forgive me when I made a mistake.
I never made a mistake and tried to hurt people on purpose, and Lenore knew that, whilst I could not say the same about some of my ex friends, all at the exact same time as well. I did my best to try to get my mind, and to try to get my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts once again, as I kind of felt like that was all besides the point, all at the exact same time too, as I then all of the sudden did in fact begin to start to breath in quite a bit heavily to my self, all at the exact same time too, at that.
I then all of the sudden began to start to see that Westley began to start to roll his eyes at me, as a little bit of a response as to just what it was that I had just said back to him. It seemed like for one thing he was not taking me all too seriously at all, which was not normal for him right now. Or it was just the fact that he was messing with me right now, all at the exact same time as well, which also did not make all too much sense, as I knew that he was smart, and he should know that I was being for real with what I had just said, and I did not need more to add on to all of that either.
I just kind of tilted my head a bit towards him, as I was in fact quite a bit lost as to just what it was that was even going on with him, all at the exact same time too, as I then all of the sudden began to start to see him look away from me for just a few moments. It just so happened to be for a second or so, all at the exact same time as well, as he then all of the sudden began to start to look back over to me.
He then cracked the exact same smile that he had on his face long before now, once again. He then began to start to begin to speak to me all of the sudden, as I still was not all too sure as to just what it was that was even going on right now, in the very first place any ways, if I was going to be for real with my self. I just did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, as I let out a bit of a soft sigh to my self, all at the exact same time as well, none the less.
It was clear to Westley that I was still paying attention to him right now, as he just continued to go on ahead, and speak to me, all at the exact same time as well, none the less. I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, all at the exact same time as well. I still was not all too sure as to just what it was that was even going on right now, in the very first place any ways, if I was in fact going to be for real with my self, once again.
I just kind of did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could how ever, all at once, as I looked at Westley right in to his eyes. I then all of the sudden did in fact begin to start to listen as to just what it was that he even had to say to me, all at the exact same time too, once again.
"Yeah... I can tell, you have been thinking about going to the science lab too, huh? Damn... That would be cool! I am going as well in about a week! I hope we get let in! It seems like it's all over the town!" He said to me, all at the exact same time as well, as I could tell that he was very excited as to just what it was that he had even said to me, all at the exact same time too. So much that it seemed like he had almost dropped his groceries, with out it being me who had ran in to him this time, all at the exact same time too.
He realized that right away, and he immediately began to start to stop with just what it was that he had even been doing in the very first place any ways, all at the exact same time as well, never the less. I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could all at once, as I then all of the sudden got my mind, and I got my focus off of all of the rest of that other stuff that I had once again been thinking, which had nothing to do with what it was that was going on right now.
I kind of tilted my head a little bit towards him once again, all at the exact same time too. I was quite a bit surprised as to just what it was that he had in fact said to me. It was almost as if he had been reading my mind! Or, perhaps it was just the fact that it had been a lucky guess, and he had just come to the conclusion, as he had seen it all over the city, just as it was that I had, all at the exact same time too, never the less.
I kind of just began to start to breath in quite a bit heavily to my self, all at once, as I got my mind, and I got my focus off of all of the rest of that other stuff that I had in fact even been thinking on long before now, all at the exact same time too, none the less. As I kind of just stood there, and I stared at him for a little bit longer, I then all of the sudden did in fact nod back to him, all at the exact same time too.
I did my best to try to stay as calm as I felt like I possibly could, all at once, as I got my mind on the fact that I knew that it was not the only reason, but it was the main thing that my mind had in fact been stuck on when it was that I had ran in to him, all at the exact same time too. I kind of just did my best to try to stay as calm as I could once again, all at the exact same time as well, as I then all of the sudden did in fact begin to start to speak back to Westley, all at the exact same time too.
Based off of the look that was in his eyes, and it was clear that he was still looking at me right in to my own eyes, I knew that he was still paying attention to me, all at the exact same time as well, never the less. I then did in fact begin to start to continue to try to stay calm, as I continued to speak to him either which way, as I did my best to try to not to get my focus on any thing else. I knew that he was in fact still here, and he was in fact beginning to start to listen as to just what it was that I even had to say to him in the very first place any ways, all at the exact same time too.
"Yeah, that was what me and Lenore were thinking about... I am just still trying to think if it is a good idea, and whether or not we should trust that scientist or not... I know that he is quite a bit of a strange man..." I said back to him, all at the exact same time as well, as it was in fact the first thing that had in fact came to mind, when it was that I did in fact think on all of that just a bit more, all at the exact same time as well, never the less.
I was sure that he too knew about the past of the scientist, and all of the crazy stuff that he had done, and all of the other stuff that he had done, all at the exact same time too. He had been making some sort of stuff, as it had led to an infection that had got the entire city sick, when the stuff had in fact exploded, all at the exact same time too, as it had in fact killed some of the older folk in the town, as he had nearly got locked up for that, all at the exact same time too.
That was the reason why it was that I was not all too sure as to just whether or not I should trust him, all at the exact same time too, never the less. I still had kind of not forgiven him for that if I was not going to lie to my self, as it was in fact quite a bit messed up as to just what it was that had in fact even happened that day, all at the exact same time too. I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, all at the exact same time too, as I then got my mind on just what it was that was going on in front of me right now, once again.
That was of course the fact that I did in fact see Westley kind of blink his eyes a few times. It seemed like he was thinning that I was crazy for not trusting the scientist, which did not make all too much sense to me. I was in fact quite a bit sure that the scientist did in fact want to save the world, all at the exact same time as well. I just was not all too sure as to just what it was that he had planned to even save the world in the very first place any ways, if I was not going to lie to my self how ever.
Surely there was nothing that could really be done at this point? There was way too much radiation, not to mention the people up above that did in fact have control over the world right now, all at the exact same time too. It felt like it was in fact right with just what it was that I had in fact been told by several people several times, which was in fact of course they had all told me that we would die as soon as it was that we did in fact get up there, all at the exact same time too, never the less.
I kind of just began to start to breath in quite a bit heavily to my self, all at once, as I got my mind, and I got my focus off of all of the rest of that other stuff that I had in fact once again been thinking on before now, as I then looked at Westley right in to his eyes once again, as he then all of the sudden did in fact begin to start to speak to me, all at once. It was just was it was that he had done long before now, as I saw him nod a bit towards me, all at the exact same time too.
I breathed in a bit of a soft sigh to my self, all at the exact same time too, as I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could. I knew that Westley was big in to science, as that could be the fact that he was a bit lost as to just why it was that he was a bit lost as to just why it was that I did not trust the scientist what so ever, all at the exact same time too. It was clear to me that he did in fact have a lot of trust in the scientist for some odd reason or another.
Perhaps since he knew more about science than I did, he might be right for all that I knew. I kind of just did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could either way, as I got my mind, and I got my focus on the fact that I knew that I had to at least hear what it was that he had to say back to me right now. I then all of the sudden did in fact nod back to him all of the sudden, all at the exact same time too. It was clear that I was in fact paying attention as to just what it was that he was even about to go on ahead and even say to me, all at the exact same time as well, never the less, at that, all at once.
As soon as it was that he had in fact seem me do as such a thing like that, all at the exact same time too, that was when it was that it was in fact clear that it felt like he felt like it was safe to go on ahead and continue to speak to me, all at the exact same time too. As he did in fact do as such a thing like that, once again, I did in fact begin to start to listen as to just what it was that he even had to say to me, all at the exact same time as well.
"You should trust him... This could be our last chance... You know that the government will find this city at some point... We have to at least try to fight..." He said to me, all at the exact same time as well, as I then all of the sudden saw him begin to start to see him squint his eyes a bit over towards me, all at the exact same time too. It was clear that he did in fact believe that we had a chance, or perhaps he knew that this was our last, and only chance, all at the exact same time too. I knew that he was right with just what it was that he had in fact said to me, all at the exact same time as well, even as much as I did not want to believe it. I kind of let out a bit of a soft sigh to my self once again, as I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could. I still was not all too sure if the crazy scientist was the one to do it, but still, I knew we had to at least try, all at the exact same time as well. As soon as it was that I had in fact nodded back to Westley, all at the exact same time too, that was when he then all of the sudden did in fact begin to start to continue to speak to me, just as he had been doing long before now. I did in fact begin to once again listen as to just what it was that he even had to say to me once again, in the very first place any ways. "Well... I need to get back home, it is getting late... I think you should go with it though... I would love to have you a part of it..."
I blinked my eyes a few times, as soon as it was that he had in fact said as to just what it was that he had in fact even said to me, all at the exact same time as well, as I was in fact quite a bit surprised by it, as well as the fact that I was in fact a little bit lost by just what it was that he had even said to me in the very first place any ways, once again, never the less.
I was not all too sure as to just what it was that I should respond to him with, all at once. I just kind of had my jaw dropped, all at the exact same time as well, as I had my mouth open, as if I was about to speak to him. How ever, I did not do as such a thing what so ever, as I just was not all too sure as to just what it was that I could even say back to him in the very first place any ways, all at the exact same time too.
I just kind of stood there, and I simply stared it him with a completely blank look on my face for just a little bit longer, none the less. As soon as it was that I had in fact stared at him for just a bit more time, that was when he just kind of rolled his eyes over towards me, all at once. He then all of the sudden did in fact nod to me, all at the exact same time as well.
As soon as it was that he had in fact done as such a thing like that, all at the exact same time too, that was when he then all of the sudden began to start to walk away from me, all at the exact same time too, never the less. As I stood there, and I stared with the same blank look that I had on my face long before now, I then all of the sudden dipped my head a bit low to the ground, all at the exact same time too. I was sin fact a little bit disappointed that we had not got to speak some more, all at the exact same time as well.
It had been a while since it was that I had got to have a good chat with me friend, all at the exact same time as well, never the less. That was not a very good chat, as it was simply him trying to tell me that I should do what it was that my gut was trying to tell me to do, all at the exact same time too. Perhaps he was right, and I could in fact speak to him a little bit more, and get a better under standing of just what this was about, when it was that I did in fact meet him at the place just a week from now, all at the exact same time as well, never the less.
As I stood there, and I stared for just a little bit longer, I then all of the sudden began to start to get my mind, and I began to start to get my focus more or less on the thoughts that had to do with me knowing he was also right with just what it was that he had in fact said at the end. It was getting very late, and I was just standing here wasting a shit ton of time, all at the exact same time as well. I simply began to start to turn my head away from my friend, as he was a fair distance away from me at this point, all at the exact same time as well, never the less.
I let out another heavy sigh to my self, as I knew that he was right, and I did in fact need to go meet with the scientist, all at the exact same time too, as I then all of the sudden nodded a bit to my self, all at once. I was going to have to talk to Lenore a little bit more about that tomorrow I suppose, all at the exact same time too. I kind of just stood there, and I stared for just a little bit longer, as I then all of the sudden began to start to go right on ahead, and I did in fact continue to head back home, this time with a blank mind set.

I was back at my home, as I saw that no one was out at this point, due to the fact that it was so late right now, all at the exact same time as well. As I stood there, and I stared for just a little bit longer, I then all of the sudden began to start to head over to the front door of my own place, all at the exact same time too. It was connected to several other places, such as most people's places were in this city, due to the fact that we just did not have that much room for more.
I kind of just shook my head, as I got my mind, and I got my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts that I had in fact been thinking on long before now, all at the exact same time too. Just as soon as it was that I had in fact got to the front door of my place, all at the exact same time too, that was when I then all of the sudden saw a dark shadow moving from the corner of my eyes, all at the exact same time as well, none the less.
I felt like I should just ignore it at first, but it did in fact peak my curiosity, all at the exact same time as well, as I then all of the sudden did in fact begin to start to go on all at once, and I turned my head over to it. Just as soon as it was that I had in fact done as such a thing like that, all at the exact same time too, that was when I then all of the sudden began to start to see a face of some one, all at the exact same time as well, as they did in fact pop up right in to the light, all at the exact same time as well, never the less.
I jumped back a bit startled, all at the exact same time as well, as it did in fact scare the shit out of me, all at the exact same time as well. I was fairly certain that some one was about to jump up on me, and attack me, or perhaps rape me, all at the exact same time too. That always what it was that I always seemed to be the most scared of, all at the exact same time as well, as I had in fact been told stories about what it was like.
I freaked out for just a little bit longer, until I then all of the sudden began to start to realize as to just who it was, all at the exact same time too. I then began to start to get a little bit upset at them, all at the exact same time as well, as I knew that it was in fact a man, but it was just my neighbor, all at the exact same time too. I just was to all too sure as to why it was that he was in fact out this late right now, all at the exact same time too, and just why it was that he was coming up to my door steps, never the less.
As I stood there, and I stared at the man for just a little bit longer, I then all of the sudden did in fact begin to start to go right on ahead, and I began to start to nod to him, all at the exact same time as well. I was still a little bit upset at him for freaked me out the way that it was that he had, all at the exact same time too, but I did in fact let him know that I was in fact about to go on ahead and start to speak to him.
It seemed like the dude was in fact quite a bit oblivious as to just what it was that he had in fact even done, all at the exact same time as well, which did in fact kind of make me roll my eyes a bit at him. He could for sure be stupid a lot of the time, as smart as it was that the guy seemed like he was, all at the exact same time too. The guy did in fact eventually go right on ahead, and he did in fact nod back to me all of the sudden, all at the exact same time as well, none the less. It was clear that he was in fact paying attention to me right now, never the less.
That was after all, why it was that I would have to assume that he had in fact scared me like that, all at the exact same time too. It was clear that it was that he had in fact wanted to speak to me, all at the exact same time as well. As I kind of just stood there, and I stared for a little bit longer, I then did in fact begin to start to speak to him either way.
