She walked up a few steps to a cliff edge, not sparing the group a glance before she spoke.
"The magician, Coriakin, told you of Dark Island?" She asked.
"Yes." Caspian said plainly as they stood behind Liliandil. Quickly, the conversation died down due to the view ahead. A large, dark island sat. Green mist and lightning could be seen from where they stood.
"Before long, the evil will be unstoppable." Liliandil sighed.
"Coriakin said we could break its spell." Daria piped in hopefully. "As long as we lay the seven swords on the table."
"He speaks the truth." Liliandil smiled softly as she looked at Daria's features. "But he didn't tell you the other thing that needs to be done." She turned back with a grim look.
"But, we only have six sword." Edmund reminded. "Do you know where the seventh is?"
Liliandil turned back to face the water, raising her hand swiftly, she pointed to the island. "In there."
"Wait, what's the 'other thing' we need?" Daria jumped back in. It was like no one had heard the star, or just didn't care.
"You will need great courage. And a lost star." She turned to Daria. "Im happy you're home, sister, but it's time for your destiny to play out."
"Sister? What are you talking about?" The Lynx woman's breath hitched and her chest rose and fell rapidly. "I'm not a lost star. I'm a barmaid who has horrible parents and a distant mentor."
"Yes, but that isn't all that you are." Liliandil placed her hands lightly on Daria's shoulders. "You are Drazix, daughter of Ramandu, citizen of Ramandu's Island, and the Lady of the Sun. Where you go, brightness always follow, people always look up to you, and they always fall for you."
"H-how would I not remember this?" Daria asked with a dumbstruck face. The Pevensies and Caspian shared an odd glance.
"Because you were needed elsewhere. And Aslan Put you with His Majesty." She smiled and glanced to Caspian. "Those in need are those who pray to you."
"So, if I'm a star..." Daria trailed off. "Could I shape-sift too?"
"No! Nope, you can't." Caspian finally spoke up again quickly.
"And how would you know? You just all of a sudden remembered all your schooling of stars?" The Lynx woman turned to him with her hands on her hips. Liliandil chuckled before turning Daria's body to face her own.
"Yes, technically you should be able to. But, I think your guy likes you how you are." The star tried to speak quietly but by the snickers of Lucy and Ed, Daria knew they could hear the woman.
"Now, waste no more time." She faced the rest of the group. Caspian kept his eyes on Daria, just nodding to the star.
"Goodbye, I wish you all well." She smiled to the five of them before her glow shone brighter and her body disappeared.
They watched the star shoot up into the sky to join her friends and family once more.
Lucy stopped Daria with a bright smile. "I can't believe I've been friends with a star this whole time. But it makes so much sense now!" The girl giggled lightly.
"Yeah, you're too pretty to not be a star." Edmund nodded his head in agreement, but coughed when Caspian elbowed his chest.
"Can I, uh, speak to Dar really quickly? Alone?" Caspian looked at the Pevensies.
"Yeah, you guys should eat something before we leave too." The Lynx woman smiled innocently. Edmund and Lucy snickered as they walked off.

"What did you need to talk about?" Daria turned to face Caspian when the sibling duo was out of sight.
"You, me...us." He stepped closer to her slowly. "Listen, Dar. I really like you, and I don't want to lose you."
"What? You won't lose me. What are you talking about?" She laughed nervously and cupped the man's face in her hands.
"What if when this is over, you have to stay here?" He mumbled.
"It won't happen. I won't let it." Daria said firmly. "I follow you wherever you go, you are my King." She tried to joke. Caspian leaned forward and kissed Daria's lips.
"And I'd like for you to be my Queen." He spoke softly and nervously, awaiting her response anxiously.
"One thing at a time, lovely." She kissed his cheek, trying to play cool even though her blush was evident.
"Yes ma'am." Caspian chuckled softly.

As the sun rose, the Dawn Treader set out for the intimidating island. As they got closer, the weather got more and more calm, oddly calm.
"So, what do you think is in there?" Travors asked as he manned the wheel.
"Our worst nightmares." Edmund concluded.
"Our darkest wishes." Caspian added on.
"Pure evil." Drinian nodded along. "Travors, unlock the armory."
"My lord," Travors handed the wheel to another crew member and walked off.
"Archers! Prepare yourselves." The captain ordered.
"Aye, Captain." A man yelled and they all started moving.
"Light the lanterns." Travors added.
"We should get ready, who knows what we will see." Daria turned to her closest friends.

Following Lucy to their shared chamber, they pulled on their armor as Gael watched silently.
"When I grow up, I want to be just like you." She spoke as Daria fiddled with a clip in Lucy's hair, now was not the time for it to be getting in one's face.
Lucy and Daria faced the girl with a smile. Lucy walked to where she sat.
"When you grow up," The Pevensie girl started, taking a seat to the left of the stowaway. "You should be just like you." The brunette then pulled the girl into a hug.
"Yeah, there isn't anyone better to be." Daria added from where she leaned against the vanity. "You have to find what's special in you. You must be patient, it takes a long time."

Caspian stood near the wheel, while everyone else stood on the deck, looking up at him.
"No matter what happens here, every soul who stands before me has earned their place on the crew of the Dawn Treader. Together we have traveled far. Together we have faced adversity. Together we can do it again. So now is not the time to fall to fears or temptations. Be strong, never give in. Our world — our Narnian lives — depend on it. Think of the lost souls we're here to save. Think of Aslan. Think of Narnia." Caspian ranted. Afterward, he tried to walk down quickly, but a yell stopped him.
"For Narnia!" A crewman yelled, causing an uproar amount the crowd. Everyone began cheering. Caspian looked at them in awe, catching eyes with Daria who smiled brightly. She then began to push past the men around her and jumped up the stairs. She grabbed Caspian's armored chest plate and pull him into a powerful kiss. The cheers died down, and when Daria and Caspian pulled away from each other, smiles on their faces, they began cheering even louder.
"I told you, boost of morale." Daria whispered to the king and he laughed. Aslan, he was truly in love with this girl.
