Part 5 : Hatred

Hana just arrived at her living place but there's already two people waiting for her outside the house entrance.

"Young miss..." JungWoon came to welcome Hana with an anxious looking face.

Hana just stares at how Jung Woon is standing there restlessly and sighs. She then swiftly hands her school bag to Nari.

"I'll go" Hana already knows what it is that makes her father's secretary to be uneasy like that anyway, so she just goes directly to her father's office.

"Young Miss" JungWoon wanted to stop his young miss from going inside the office but was stopped by Hana herself.

"Don't worry about me. You should worry about your daughter more" with that, she went alone inside the office and closed the door right after.

"Well well well, if it isn't the daughter that's starting to rebel now?" Hana's father slowly walks towards her, who's still standing near the door.

Suddenly, he grips and choke on his daughter's throat with force. He slammed her on the door while shouting at her.

"It seems like there's many pests on you right now?! Did you think I'm a joke to you?! Has all the money I spent to teach you gone to waste?!" He released his grip on her neck when he sensed that her breathing had become hard from the loss of air.

"Such an ungrateful brat! You're useless! Why did I even have a daughter like you?! You're really just the same as that b*tch of your mother!" Hana's father yells furiously and throws the glass on his desk again in Hana's direction, resulting in a deep scratch on her right leg.

Hana looked up at her father when she heard how he addressed her mother with the word 'b*tch'.

"Don't call mom like that" Hana directly looks at her father's eyes without minding the wound on her leg and it makes him more angry than he is now.

"You wench! Did you forget that I still give her medical treatment even though she's a whore?!" Hana's father came back to vent out his anger by grabbing her neck again.

"I give her the medical treatment just because you, my foolish daughter, ask me to! Are you asking me to kill her right now?!" He strangles her hard and there's already a bruise mark on her neck.

"N-No father" Hana hardly let out a voice and seeing her condition like that, he finally got satisfied, he let go of his grip and walked towards his working desk.

"If I see you act up again, the life of that woman that you called mother, I would end it immediately" Mr. Lee threatens her daughter while she's still struggling to take her breath.

"Now remember, just make sure that brats from SW won't come into my way and don't let me hear news about you wagging your tail around a man again!" Mr. Lee then calls Jung Woo to bring her out of his sight.

But before Jung Woo could close the door from Hana view, her father said something that made her can't maintain her expression any longer and at that time, she almost went back inside to stab her father.

His sentence was "Like mother like daughter a bitch would always be a bitch, wagging tail here and there on every man"

The only thing that held her from doing so was the thought of the medical that her father provided for her mother.

Her mother has been sick and got diagnosed with an incurable disease. All of the hospitals can't give the cure that her mother needs and just told Hana to brace herself, but one day her father came to them and informed them that he finally found a way to cure her mother's disease.

At that time, the relationship between her parents was already broken, her father claimed that her mother had committed adultery, but deep down Hana knew that her mother wouldn't do such a thing. So, when they decided to live apart from each other, Hana went to accompany her mother because her mother's health had worsened after the dispute.

Hana felt relieved when her father came to rescue her mother 2 years later, but the condition was she's to come back living with him and get trained to become his successor.

She thought the condition was not bad as she imagined that she just had to learn the way of business to let her mother have her medical treatment but little did she know, she had to live her life in nightmares. She also can't meet her mother since then.

She's not trained to be a successor of a business corporation but more like she's trained to be a killer, to be the weapon that her father would use to eliminate his competitor.

Since she's 7 years old, she's trained to be a person who can't even have an emotion as it would hinder her when she's attached to that person, who turns out to be his father's competitor and she would hesitate to finish the opposite party.

So, she would always get a harsh punishment when she can't fulfill the requirements that her father had set up for her.

Jung Woon had brought her back to her bedroom for the treatment and now, Hana is being attended by Nari.

"Your wound reopened again" Nari's eyes were watery as she held in her tears when she saw the wound on Hana's back got reopened by the slamming inside the office and there's another added injury on her neck now.

"Young miss, shouldn't we just report this to the authorities" Nari can't stand it any longer seeing how the young miss would get abused by her own father just because she's showing emotion.

"If he wants someone without emotion, he should just give birth to a robot! How can he force a living person to not have an emotion" Nari fuming by how the young miss is being treated and letting out the tears that she's been holding on.

"I can't do that yet, I still don't know where he placed mom for her medical treatment. I should endure this until I can locate her location" Hana explained to Nari but she just realized that her voice had become hoarse.

"Miss, your voice- "

"Just give me some water" Nari quickly nods and goes to bring some water for Hana while Hana, who has been sitting on her bed, places her hand on her stinging throat.

'Seems like it's damaging my vocal cord' Hana sighs when she thinks back again to what her father says regarding her mother.

'Mom please get well soon, I don't know until when I can restrain the hatred inside of me' Hana clenched her fist when she recalled all the pain she had been going through from childhood until now.

The next day, Hana didn't show up in school again.

'She really goes on another business trip' Ijin looks at the empty seat in front of Yungchan and something's kept bugging him since the day he saw the stain on her back, also the look that she has when she's entering the car.

'Is that the look when someone goes back to their family?' Ijin still could remember the first day when he saw Hana's gentle expression but her eyes turned resentful when she walked to the car.

He compares the looks that he received from his family and the look that Hana gives out. It's completely different.

'Does she hate her family?'
