(Sorry it's been so long since I last posted my darlings. I hope hope enjoying the next three chapters of Alpha Cat)
While Yugi naps Skylar and Oak move the babies to their new cave. The kits purr and cuddle into their mother as Oak naps too. Ryan goes back to the den to rest and Kathleen sits with Skylar as they talk and laugh like old friends.
Yami gently takes Yugi by the scruff of the neck as he lays down and places Yugi against him as his tail curls protectively around them.
Yugi snuggles into Yami’s fur and purrs. “Don’t worry Yami….I don’t mind being…your kitten.” Yugi whispers. Yami smiled and licked Yugi's nose. “Well then if you're my kitten what am I to you?” He asked curiously as he laid his head on Yugi's back.
Yugi smiles and looks away softly. “Well… I guess we’ll have to answer that on my birthday in three weeks.” Yugi said.
Yami looks confused but nods as he falls asleep leaving Yugi to listen to Yami's steady heart beat.
Yugi looks out the cave with a frown before going to sleep himself.
Unbeknownst to them, icy blue eyes watch them. “So Yami acts like an Omega with those flowers? He'd make a good mate. And when I'm pack leader he'll be mine while Yugi dies from cold and starvation.”
Seto smirks as he turns to his hench wolves Pegasus and Ushio. “Find a field with those flowers. I'll make sure we battle there. Yami and the freak will be helpless against me.”
Yugi sniffs softly before opening his eyes wide when he smells Seto nearby. Yugi narrows his eyes and moves slowly from under Yami.
Yami is on his feet instantly, his whole body immediately alert. “What is it, Kitten?”
Yugi looks at Yami shocked. “Sorry Yami. I didn’t mean to wake you.” Yami yawns and smiles as he gives Yugi a friendly bump with his nose. “It's fine. What caught your attention?”
Yugi looks outside before at Yami. “Nothing Yami. Just wanted to go out and get some water.” Yugi said.
Yami cocked his head and nods as he goes to lay back down. “Well go on then but hurry back I'll keep the floor warm for you.” He said with a wink as he curled back up and went back to sleep.
Yugi smiles and nods before walking out of the cave and into the woods. Seto smirks as he has made a false trait to lead Yugi away from the cave as he took the flowers. “Now to make that alpha my own personal Omega” He snickers as he went into the cave.
Yugi sniffs around for Seto and hisses when he couldn’t find him. He did however smell a familiar scent. His eyes widen before bolting back to the cave.
Yami spread out in his sleep as Seto smirks and brought flower closer. Yugi ran into the cave and gasped seeing Seto with the Omega flower. “Seto! Don’t!” Yugi yelled and tackled Seto.
Seto yelps and growls as he turned and pinned Yugi as he sank his fangs into Yugi's foreleg.
Yugi screams in pain and whimpers. Seto smirks as he looks down. “Once I get rid of you everything will go back the way it was before...Ahhh!”
Yugi looked at Seto and swiped his claws in Seto’s eyes, scratching his left eye. Seto yelps and as he goes back into the wall by a very angry Yami who immediately attacks Seto. The two become locked in a dangerous fight as they roll out of the cave.
Yugi limps over slowly to Yami to stop the fight. “Yami!” Yugi yelled.
Yami pauses and Seto goes for his throat when Yami does something Yugi didn't expect.
