So I'm going to put the first paragraph of chapter one of book two here and then you guys can find the rest of it on my profile :P
Here it is:
It had been around 2-3 weeks since Hunter had been kidnapped by the residents of the Owl House, and while Hunter was much happier now, he still felt...out of place in the Owl House. There wasn't really anyone that could relate to him, except for L'il Rascal of course, but it wasn't the same. Luz being Luz of course tried to make him feel better, but Hunter being Hunter found it hard to accept her help, even though he himself knew he needed it. A loud thunder crack sounded from outside, pulling Hunter abruptly from his thoughts and making him jump, he felt a hand on his shoulder "You good there Kid?" it was Eda, Hunter swivled his head around to face her "What? I-uh-Yeah...yeah" he turned his head back to the window and watched as boiling rain started to pour down outside. Suddenly someone yelled "EM?! ED?! WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE-" But they got cut off my someone shouting back at her "MITTENS! More important things to do right now". Amity growled and four figures appeared at the edge of the tree line, a purple cover above them. "Hoot! Hi Luz! Hi Amity!" Hooty said, Hunter shuddered at Hooty's voice, the owl-worm thing still creeped Hunter out in the 10 fold, Luz, Edric and Emira walked into the house and ignored Hooty, while Amity cast the forcefield spell around the house. Edric moved behind the couch and leaned on the back "Hey Hunter~" he greeted looking at the back of Hunter's head, "Hello." Hunter said uninthusiastically and flopped onto the couch, crossing his arms. "Geez, someone's in a mood today~"Edric said teasingly and Hunter shot him a glare. "Oh no, he's always like that" Eda said walking past them to go to the kitchen, Hunter's glare deepened and Luz walked past them with Amity, going to Luz's room "Who? Hunter? Yeah he's always grumpy", Edric laughed "Yeah he is actually" at that Hunter jumped off the couch "I am not!" he shouted glaring slightly at Edric and Emira before chasing after Luz as she ran upstairs with Amity both Luz and Amity laughing at Hunter's reaction.
