the judgment was never truly equipped with it's dragoons they were simply always active and had their own power supply separate from the machine it had ten dragoons similar to the dragoon pods of the providence they were also equipped with GN-drives as ichika did give them the ability to create the GN-drives if only to perfect these dragoons they are the only things to have GN-drives in ZAFT per ichika's wishes and they only function through the judgement
