Leon was the first to grab the door handle, pushing it open slowly to reveal...

"Ashley!" Leon's shock was evident in his voice. We seemed to have frightened her, causing her to grab nearby objects and throw them.

"No! Don't come!" She yelled in fear, crouching.

"Hey take it easy." You spoke softly. She dashed to the corner of the room. "No, get away!" You watched as she lifted a candelabra, readying herself to swing. "Argh!" She grunted as she swung the metal in her hand.

"Calm down, my name's Leon this is F/n. We're under the president's order to rescue you." Leon spoke hopefully to the young blonde, his hand holding tight onto the metal of the candelabra. Hearing this, she beams up. You also took notice of your name from his mouth.

"D-did you say.. my father?" She inquired, hopeful.

"Yes, and we need to get you out of here, kid." You expressed. She stood to her feet with the help of Leon.

"I'm so glad someone came for me." Her eyes sunk to the floor, "I was afraid no one would." You felt sorry for the things she had seen and endured. Its nothing a kid should go through, you should know.

Leon was speaking to Hunnigan before promptly putting his transmitter away to attend to Ashley.

"Hunnigan says there's a trail that should lead us out of the village. Once we're at a safe distance away, a chopper will come." His voice back to its original husky, boring nature, giving you an annoying shiver down your spine.

"Alright, let's get out of here then." Ashley was the first to the door, causing Leon to follow promptly behind her. You strode to the door, your thoughts telling Leon that you'd be the first out and to watch Ashley. He made eye contact with you as your hand grasped the door and your pistol. He nodded to you as if hearing your thoughts.

You opened the door to the ladder you guys climbed to get in there. You were the first down, Ashley next, then finally Leon. You ran into the wide open space of the church, the walkway surrounded by pews.

"I'll take the girl." A dark voice matched with a dark figure in robes walked out from behind the small stage of the church.

"Who are you?" Leon asked quickly. His tone showed no signs of fear.

"If you must know my name is Osmund Saddler." He met eyes with you, "the master of this fine, religious community."

"What do you want?" You asked, his eyes still on you. This causes him to chuckle.

"To demonstrate to the whole world our astounding power of cards, no longer will the United States think they can police the world forever." He sounded so sure of himself, so... crazy.

He continued, "so we kidnapped the president's daughter in order to give her our power... and send her back."

"No!" Ashley yelled in horror before looking off into space as if recalling a memory, "Leon I think they shot something in my neck." Her voice was afraid. Leon twisted his neck in the direction of Saddler.

"What did you do to her?" His tone finally morphed into a hint of anger.

"You injected her with something. Something horrendous... didn't you?" You asked, voice heavy of the weighted memories attached to your skull.

"We simply just planted her a gift. Oh, there's going to be one hell of a party when she returns home to her loving father." He chuckled heartily, "but before that, I thought I might bargain with the president for some donation. Believe it or not, this church takes quite a lot of money to keep up and running."
