The guards escorted them in front of the main entrance to the castle building. In front of that, Ser Patrick together with another Commander of his and guards waited for their arrival. As they made it there, the guards lined up behind them and Patrick approached Rain. Rain took a confident step forward as he was able to proof Patrick that they did return back safely.

"I told you we would make it back safely." Rain said to Patrick.

Abigail was standing behind observing what was going on, she was worried because of the guards surrounding them. Suddenly, Patrick attacked Rain by hitting him in the face. Rain was surprised by the sudden attack and could not defend himself, he fell to the ground. Abigail was about to draw her weapon as Patrick helped Rain back up.

"It's about time you returned home Dragontamer." Patrick said in a relieved voice.

"The war has just begun." He then said.

Patrick then turned to Abigail.

"I must say I was very skeptical about letting you join us, I didn't expect you would return. Yet here you are. You have my thanks for assisting both Rain and Stella throughout this." Patrick said.
"Now get some rest, I will meet all of you in my office tomorrow." Patrick said.

He then left and walked back into the castle, Rain and Abigail would enter shortly after him and walk to Rain's room. Rain then opened the door and entered, shortly after him Abigail also walked in.

"What do you think Ser Patrick wants to talk with us about?" Abigail asked.
"The war most likely, we will have to inform him about the Ender crystals." Rain replied.
"Yea." Abigail answered.
"So, you are sure you want to stay here with me?" Rain asked again.
"Mhm, tho we need a bigger bed." Abigail said.

Rain would look at the bed and think for a second before realizing.

"Oh right, we can go to the Quartermaster and ask him if he has one." Rain replied.
"Sure let's go." Abigail said.

They left the room again and made their way to the Quartermaster's storage area. They arrived at the storage area and found the Quartermaster managing the storage.

"Hello there." Rain said as he waved to the QM.
"Ah hello there, how may I help you." He asked.
"Uh following, I need a second bed in my room." Rain said.
"Why is that?" The QM asked.
"I am moving in with him." Abigail said as she walked up from behind Rain.
"Ah, I see. That should no be a problem, follow me into the storage area. I'll need some help to carry the bed. The QM said as he walked into the Storage area.

Rain and Abigail followed him, the QM pointed at a bed.

"There is one." He said as he moved some boxes to the side.
"Alright, thanks this is perfect. Or do you want to look at a different bed Abi?" Rain asked.
"No no, this one is just fine." Abigail responded.

Rain and Abigail moved to the bed and dragged the bed back to Rain's room. They then placed it next to Rain's bed and placed a blanket on it. Abigail leaned Ruby Thorn against the bed and then jumped on it.

"This is really comfortable." Abigail said as she lay on the bed.
"Glad to know that you like it. I still can't believe that we're going to live together now." Rain would say in excitement.

Abigail stood up and walked over to Rain, she then grabbed both of his hands.

"Oh come on Rain, am I really that horrible?" She asked in a sarcastic tone.

Rain would smile at her and so would she shortly after. It was getting late outside and the sun began to glow red as the evening set in.

"Abigail, I have a sport I'd like to go to with you. You can get an awesome view over the City." Rain asked her.
"Sure let's go." Abigail said.

The two then exited the room leaving their weapons behind. They walked up to the top of the wall and exited the regular way and set down on the edge of one of the walls. Abigail would look around. The sight was truly amazing, you could look for miles and the sun was setting in front of them, the red glow was warm and comforting as they observed the city.

"Back in the day, I used to come here often to think." Rain said.
"Think about what?" Abigail asked.
"Hm, what do you mean?" Rain was confused.
"Hmh, you said you came here to think. What did you think about?" She clarified.
"Mostly about my life. This place helped me forget things I did not want to remember. I also thought a lot about my time back in Glasford. And about you." Rain answered.
"Rain, did you ever think about what would have happened if we would have made it across the bridge?" Abigail asked him.
"Huh? You mean from Glacefort?" Rain asked.
"Yea, I wonder what our lives would have been like if we escaped successfully." Abigail said.
"Well, I suppose we would have reached a Frostborn city or another Village and settled there together." Rain said.

Abigail started to giggle.

"I must say that would have been fine by me as well." She said.
"Well, it didn't come this way. But we are together now regardless." Rain said.

Abigail then snuggled at Rain who was watching the sunlight. She closed her eyes and rested on his shoulder. The red sunlight was shining on their faces and the wind was blowing lightly. Rain laid his arm around her and occasionally looked over to her, making sure that she is fine. Rain became very protective over her during their journey. But tonight they didn't have to worry about monsters or the Nether army attacking them. Tonight they could spend together in thoughts and dreams. Thinking about the future they can look forward to.
