I watched as the lights on the ceiling began to turn to daylight. Tomura snored peacefully beside me. I smiled at him and smoothed the wisps of hair from his forehead. He smiled in his sleep.

After I got back from the bathhouse that night, he insisted I stay by his side. He wouldn't let me out of his sight.

A normal person may have been creeped out by this, but I found it endearing. I've never felt such love in my life. And from a mere gaze alone!

"Mom...?" Himiko came into the room. I slid out of Tomura's grasp and went to her.

"What's the matter?"

"...You won't leave me, will you?" Her eyes reflected a deep sorrow, a deep fear. I shook my head and patted hers.

"I will never leave you, Himiko..." I smiled softly at her.

"...Promise?"

"I promise, my little one," I chuckled, "Time will tell, too; let's take it day by day." She smiled at me and hugged me tightly, sobbing quietly. I sat on the floor as Tomura sat up, rubbing his eyes of sleep. I rocked her back and forth, soothing her back to sleep.

"...Such a mother," Tomura murmured as I carried her back to her room. To be honest, I'll never know how I found her room. Must have been an instinctual thing...

As I tucked her back in, she murmured something softly to me.

"I love you, Mom." I smiled, kissing her forehead and closing her door. I'm so many ways, she had to grow up fast; in others, she's still just a child... although, I suppose, she's my child now...

I sighed as closed my door. Tomura pulled back the covers, patting the spot next to him. I smiled and snuggled back into him as he held me tightly.

"...Why are you with me? I bet you could have any hero out there, love," Tomura murmured.

"Heroes are overrated; they only do it for rank instead of honor nowadays..." I sighed, rubbing my nose slightly on his chest. He chuckled, using his fingers to comb through my hair. "Besides, isn't a poetic justice? A Quirkless like me falling for a Quirk user like you?"

"...Kyu..." he frowned a moment as I sat up. He winced, looking down toward the edge of the bed.

"Tomura, darling," I murmured, "What's wrong?" I put my hand on his cheek as he slowly looked back at me.

"Kyu... the truth is-"

"I'm back, Bo-?!" A man stood in the doorway of the kicked-down door. I raised an eyebrow as Tomura sighed. The man turned beet red in seconds. "I am s-oh, my-I-shit-we-"

"Close the door, Twice," Tomura mumbled as he held me closer to his body, raising the blanket to block my body from view. I didn't understand the ruckus; we were both clothed after all. I in a short-sleeved nightgown; him in a pair of nightgown pants.

"Oh! So that's Twice?" I smiled as I got up to meet him. Tomura sighed, getting out of the bed and stretching, flaunting his muscles ever so slightly. I turned red at the sight.

"...Yeah, that's him," he yawned throughout the sentence, "But let me speak to him first."

"He's hurt," I frowned, "Please, allow me to tend to his wounds. He won't be able to complete more missions if he's injured. Besides, I can smell the blood from here," I wrinkled my nose. Tomura sighed as I grabbed the first aid kit from my nightstand.

"...He's injured?" Tomura whispered, yawning again, "I didn't notice that part. I know you're worried about him, Kyu. But I don't want him to hurt you. He suffers from an advanced form of D.I.D- Dissociative Identity Disorder." I nodded. "By the way, when'd you get this?" He asked, pointing to the first-aid kit.
