Chapter 8: 'Vodka?'

Y/n's POV

The next day

I got home to the compound at about 3:00 pm (we slept in late), when I got up to the penthouse area on the top floor I saw Wanda and Pietro in the living room,

"Hey, how was the party?" Wanda asked hugging me, 

I wanted to tell Wanda everything, but Pietro was in there and he would get mad at me again for hanging out with Peter,

"It was good, I had fun," I said,

"Nice, who'd you hang out with?" Pietro asked

"Mj," I said and went up to my room.

I chilled in my room for a bit then Nat and Wanda came in and sat on my bed

"Hey  guys," I said

"Hey, how was the party?" Nat asked me.

"Well, me, Mj, Ned, peter, and Liz, all hung out for a little, but then MJ and I went somewhere else and hung out, I got something to drink then I saw Peter and Liz making out, so I went outside for a bit, then after about an hour Peter came outside too, he asked me why I was out there, and how much Vodka I drank" I started.

"vodka?" Wanda said

"y-yeah, but I drank like the whole bottle, so Peter got worried and kept asking me what was wrong, so I told him everything that Liz has been doing like calling out my insecurities, making me stay away from peter for no reason, threatening to ruin my life, and everything," I said "and then Peter was about to break up with her, but he saw Liz making out with another dude, then he broke up with her. When MJ and I were about to leave he told me to eat something and get some sleep, which was super sweet because I told him that I haven't eaten or slept in 4 days,"

"that's so sweet," Wanda said "but why weren't you eating or sleeping"

"I've been getting nightmares, and I felt sick knowing that the person who bullies me is my best friend's girlfriend, and Liz  is so perfect, I thought that if I didn't eat then I could be more like her," I said

"you don't need to starve yourself to be good enough for a boy, you're perfect the way you are and you don't need to change anything about yourself, but Liz on the other hand, needs to change her personality," Nat said

"thank you, but yeah, Peter broke up with Liz, and Mj thinks that he likes me,"

"I bet you he does," Wanda said "I'm gonna go get you a snack"

they left, and I changed into the outfit  Peter let me keep and I watched a show, after a little bit Peter texted me

Peter: Hey, how are you? have you eaten anything today?

Me: hey, I'm good, and yeah I ate today

Peter: okay good, just checking, please don't starve yourself again, that was really scary to hear you say last night

Me: Okay, I won't

Peter: promise?

Me: I promise, thank you for caring, it means a lot

Peter: no problem, I care about you and I really don't want you to do that again

Me: don't worry, I won't do it again, 

Me: but anyways, how are you, with the breakup and stuff

Peter: I'm good, I can't imagine myself still being with Liz after knowing what she was doing to you
