Chapter 20: Time Heist

Y/n's POV

We got back to the compound where Bruce and Scott were doing test runs for the time-traveling. Bruce said he was being careful, but he was being very "Hulky" as Scott said. He accidentally moved his hand wrong and sent Scott back in time a little. When he came back Clint offered to do the test run. He got into the time-travel suit and Bruce explained everything to Clint and then he was off. 

About 10 seconds later he came back on his knees and out of breath. Nat ran over to him and asked if he was okay.

"Hey, hey hey, look at me, you okay?" She asked

"Yeah, yeah," Clint said out of breath. "It worked"

"Yess! it works, we can get everyone back now!" I said excitedly

Right now we're all working everything out and making sure that everything goes smoothly.

"Okay so the how works, now we need to figure out the when and the where," Steve said "Almost everyone in this room has had an encounter with at least one of the six infinity stones"

"Or substitute the word encounter with damn near being killed by one of the six infinity stones," Tony said

"I haven't, but I don't even know what the hell youre all talking about," Scott said

"Regardless, we only have enough Pym particles for one round trip each, and these stones have been in a lot of different places throughout history," Bruce said

"Our history, so not a lot of convenient spots to just drop in, yeah?" Tony said

"Which means we have to pick our targets," Clint said

"Correct"

"So, let's start with the Aether, Thor, what do you know?" Steve said

We all looked over at thor who was sitting in a chair with sunglasses on.

"Is he asleep?" Nat asked

"No, I'm pretty sure he's dead," Rhodes said

Thor eventually woke up and started talking about his ex-girlfriend, and dead mom, and kind of explaining the story of the stone but he was super drunk so none of it made sense. Later we were studying the power stone while eating Chinese takeout, Rocket was on the table explaining everything to us.

"Quill said that he stole the power stone from Morag" Rocket said

"Is that a person?" Bruce asked

"No, Morag's a planet, Quill was a person"

"A planet like in outer space?" Scott asked

"Oh look, it's like a little puppy all happy and everything, you wanna go to space puppy? I'll take you to space puppy" Rocket said teasing him.

We were then studying the soul stone.

"Thanos found the soul stone of Vormir" Nebula said

"What is Vormir?" Nat asked

"Dominion of death, in the very center of celestial existence, is where Thanos murdered my sister"

"Not it," Scott said quietly

Now we're working on the Time Stone.

"That time stone guy," Nat said

"Yeah Dr. Strange," I said
