You Found Me

Chapter Fifteen

Hermione's POV

Hermione looked at her best friend when she realized what Molly was suggesting.

Ginny was wide eyed and put her hands on her tummy "I don't know for sure yet" she replied shyly and Harry smiled "She has an appointment tomorrow morning to find out." He put his hand on her tummy too "but we're hopeful"

Ginny nodded, smiling "I've also told the coach that it's a possibility. I'm to let her know for certain tomorrow. She will still allow me to try out but on a less extreme scale. And maternity leave from the harpies is actually done pretty fairly."

Harry smiled lovingly at his wife adding "They've tried to recruit her before but she was so focused on helping Hermione that she told them to wait"

Ginny blushed as red as her hair as her husband bragged about her abilities.

Draco's POV

After lunch, he used magic to clean up so he could show Hermione around. She was sitting in the living room with everyone else and seeing her so carefree made his heart skip a beat. He walked over and held out a hand to her.

"Would you like a tour now? Aside from the library, I have a few other surprises I'd like to show you."

Once she took his hand, he helped her up and led her to the back of the ground floor, only to push open a set of double doors. Once opened they revealed a massive indoor pool and a rather large jacuzzi/hot tub off to one side. This was where he'd spent most of his time when he was stressed.

After the pool, he led her to French doors on the back of the house and out to a screened in and heated patio that led down to the gardens. The last stop was upstairs to double doors that opened to a massive library. He had both muggle and magical books. Some went back for centuries and some more recent, but all in amazing condition. "We can go ahead and name this your sanctuary right now."

Hermione's POV

When the others heard Draco offer to give Hermione the tour they all smiled and stood.

"We have to head off anyway so it's good timing" Harry said offering his hand to Draco for a handshake "Take care of our girl"

Ginny bear hugged Hermione "Good to have you back to being yourself"

Hermione smiled and didn't even have time to respond before Molly had her trapped in a bear hug of her own. "You will always be my daughter. Don't forget that" Molly said before kissing Hermione on the forehead. She then put a hand on Draco's cheek and said softly "You keep looking after yourself ok? Don't let the past haunt you anymore. You are very much loved and don't forget that" she smiled and nodded before turning and leaving before anyone got emotional

Hermione gave them a small wave as the floo'd out then looked to Draco "Well looks like you're doomed now. Molly's practically adopted you too" she gave him a warm smile as she took his hand.

Soon as their hands touched she felt a pleasant jolt almost like a spark of electricity except it wasn't unpleasant.

It was like their magic was recognising each other in a new way and it intrigued the brunette. That was until she was completely distracted by the discovery of a swimming pool! And then there was the library!

Walls and walls of books going up two levels.

She gasped but no other sound would leave her for a moment as she admired the sight. What made it even better again was the outside wall had a large bay window complete with a luxurious cushioned window seat which was big enough for both of them to curl up with a book on either end.
