I know I haven't published any good writing here yet, and I'm planning on it, I just need to find the perfect story.
Anyway, I'm a writer. All my friends know, my parents know, my siblings know. Everyone knows I love writing.
I love words. There are just so many different types of words to explain so many different things. I like to believe I'm good at description. In writing at least. I like finding all the words, and feelings, and adjectives imaginable to describe something, so the readers know what it looks, tastes, smells, feels like. I love it. Writing is my escape, most of the time.
Anyway, I wanted to write you guys a chapter or two and how I discovered how to write/my love of writing.
Here we go.
We start in fifth grade. Of course I had written before, but this was when it really took off. I was... not in a healthy mindset during this time period. If you've read my monologue, titled Am I Too Kind? You'll know what this mindset was. I was starting at a new elementary school, and didn't have many friends. I did, somehow, make a friend. I've mentioned her before, under the name of Millie.
So, back in fifth grade, she was writing a book, called The Twin Trials. I don't remember the plot, but it was really good by what I can remember. So, whenever we had free time, we would sit in the reading corner, she would pull out her chromebook, and I would watch her write, and give her ideas. I found that writing was a lot of fun.
So I started writing on my own.
I started out with a book called Hazels Diary. It was about a girl with A LOT of mental issues, who lives with awful parents, 100 years in the future.
It was a really bad book. 🤣
I made her life so intensely bad, that she would've seemed like a, "Faking mental illnesses for attention" kinda pick-me-girl in real life.
After a while I dropped that one, but maybe I'll come back to it and make it actually good.
So, I just kept writing and writing and writing, going through story idea after story idea, no matter how good or bad they were.
I slowly got better and better at writing, bit by bit, until to I got to a really good point in my life for stories.
I had, apperentally, inspired some of my other friends to pick up writing, so we would talk about it all the time. Especially me and my cross country friends, which included Millie, Taylin, and one I haven't mentioned before, so we'll call her KitKat.
So I was hanging out with Millie and KitKat at KitKats house, and we were just messing around, playing pretend like losers, when we got a great story idea.
So we started writing.
The book is in three pov's. Kathi, Alyda, and Dawn. Millie wrote Kathi, I wrote Alyda, and KitKat wrote Dawn. I'm not sharing the plot, because I will be sharing this story on my account later on.
But I love writing it, and it's probably the best piece I've ever written.
It's not THE BEST, but I'd say it's pretty good.
So that's been an ongoing story I've been writing, and I really enjoy it. I can go a week without getting a new story idea. Some are good, some are not good.
I have several stories going on at the moment, a lot of which are collabs with my other writer friends, mainly Millie.
I enjoy writing. A lot.
Once me, Millie and KitKat finish our story, I'm going to post it here.
And maybe some other stories if they are really good.
Well, this wasn't as long of a story as I thought it would be.
I wanna say to all the writers, writing is good! It's a good creative outlet, and I know a lot of people who enjoy it. Never stop writing, because with time, you will get really, really good.
Happy writing, and have a good day!

Random Thoughts
SonstigesSo, uh, hi. This is just a story filled with, just random thoughts and rants, that's I couldn't stretch into its own story, so I just smashed them all into this... caboodle of nonsense. You can learn from some of my experiences, and I will be trying...
