Chapter 10

Bella's POV

I smirked at the pirate before me and held out my sword giving him a slow half bow, telling him that I full prepared to fight. The pirate yelled at a battle cry causing me to let out a small laugh as I quickly brought up my sword and blocked his attack. The Pirate than tried taking me out by sweeping his leg under my feet but I was able to jump and knock his sword out of his hand. I let out a small smile and shrugged at him as he started at me in pure confusion, as if he had no idea I was able to beat him. I picked up his sword and started fighting another pirate that ran towards me, this pirate also had a sword for her buddy, now placing me in a battle of two against one. I held out both of the swords and started fighting. It was hard to keep up with both of them and at some point they both managed to make me fall onto the deck. I looked up at the two pirates as they started at me with wild eyes full of excitement. The first pirate I was so close to cutting me open as his sword inched towards my check but Gil (of all people) rushed over and pushed him.

"Uma said not to touch her!" He yelled grabbing both pirates and running away

I sat in shock for a moment, not to touch me? What was so special about me? I'm not queen. Once I stood up, I picked up my sword and easily started walking threw multiple fighting pirates and not one of them would go near me. So Gil was telling there truth. Uma really didn't want me hurt. I knew she had some good inside of her, after figuring this out I than started to use this new fact to help out my friends. I swirled my sword around blocking a pirate from hitting Jay and with just one look at me they would run away. 

"How did you do that" Jay asked 

"I guess I'm just that good" I joked causing him to laugh 

The smile of his face soon faded as he looked behind me, I turned around around and quickly put up my sword but surprisingly I wasn't met with another sword. A blurred figure came swoping in from the ship along side myself and Jay taking out the pirate and kicking them into the water below. 

"Roxanne?!" Both Jay and I yelled

Roxanne let go of the rope and laughed as she watched the pirate try to swim back to the dock. Just as the pirate was about to get back onto the dock, in came James on a rope and kicking the pirate back into the water. This caused the twins to erupt into laughter and high fiving each other. 

"James?!" I exclaimed surprised

The twins turned around and smile, I ran over to them and brought them both into a hug. After they hugged back I quickly pulled away and looked at them. 

"What are you both doing here?" I asked

"You really thought we would miss such excitement?" James laughed "This is too good to pass up, fighting pirates! Dad is going to be so proud" 

"Did you also think we was going to let you come to the Isle alone?" Roxanne said 

"How did you know we were here?" I asked letting go of my friends

"Bells, you are our best friend. Did you really think we wouldn't know where you were" James said in a fake hurt tone

"Lonnie texted me" Roxanne spoke up "We took the motor bikes here and followed Lonnie and the boys back" 

"She said she wasn't going to tell anyone" Jay huffed 

"You're funny if you think I was going to let my best friend fight pirates herself" Roxanne noted as she walked over and lightly patted Jay's cheek "Plus I live for this stuff"

Roxanne than jumped onto a wooden crate and looked at the pirates, "OH MERRY MEN!" she yelled out making them all look at her. She turned around and smiled.
