This is where it all began. In the bustling city of Japan! It was also the home of a very special high school known as Hope's Peak Academy! This school is known for being one of the most popular and posh schools in all of Japan, and maybe even in the world! The massive high school towers over all the other buildings in this bustling urban area of Japan. It's like the school stands at the center of the entire world.
In case you still need a bit of an explanation about Hope's Peak Academy, it brings in top students from every field imaginable. A government-funded school of privilege. They say that if you come here and manage to graduate, you'll be set for life. With hundreds of years of tradition, it sends the cream of the crop into the workforce every year. It was built to raise hope for the nation's future. Which makes Hope's Peak a pretty fitting name.
However, there are two things you need to attend this school... One, you have to already be attending high school. Two, you have to be the very best at what you do. No ordinary student could enroll here. The only way in is if you're scouted by the school itself.
In front of the school, we see a young white hedgehog. He had golden yellow eyes, white and blue gloves, and blue shoes. On his back, he was also wearing a blue backpack that had a big golden button in the center of it.
Silver: [Talking to himself] Hope's Peak Academy... Wow, they weren't kidding when they said that this school was huge! And the beautiful exterior is breathtaking! I wonder if it's just as fancy inside! Oh, what am I saying? Of course, it is! This school is funded by the government for crying out loud! [This young student was named Silver the Hedgehog. He was pretty, well, normal. Normal on the inside and normal on the outside] I wonder why they chose me of all people to come here. I really don't have much going for me when it comes to grades, special abilities, or even personality. I mean yeah, I have hobbies and stuff I like to do, but it's not like I'm a psychic or something like that. I mean, I do have psychokinesis, but that isn't that special. All that means is that I can fly and easily lift objects, and nothing more. Even among the average, I'm completely average. So I can't even say I'm your "everyday hero" type. That's just who I am. Not that special... I mean look at me. I'm completely ordinary, but still... Here I am, standing in front of Hope's Peak Academy. The most popular school in Japan! Ugh, why do I keep talking to myself like this?! It's like I'm breaking the fourth wall or something! Anyway, all about me aside! I did some "preparation", or whatever you wanna call it last night to see what this school had in store for me. [We cut to a picture of Silver's computer. He was on some sort of website about Hope's Peak Academy. You see, Hope's Peak only invites those students who are truly elite in their field. It's such a popular topic, there are threads online dedicated to talking about the school's attendees] So the way I prepared for today, I looked up some stuff about Hopes Peak and who all was gonna go there.
