It was now free time, and Kat decided to go visit Pico for her free time.
Pico: Kat! Everything okay?
Kat: Well... I was wondering if you would like to hang out!
Pico: Well, I got nothing better to do. I got some time to kill, so whatever. [Kat and Pico spent some time together in the gym. Kat and Pico grew a little closer today] Well, that was fun!
Kat: Yeah! Hey, uh... I... I kinda wanna give you something... [She gave Pico a toy gun] I know it's not a real gun, but I hope you like it!
Pico: Really? Well, don't mind if I do! Thanks! [Seeing Pico so pleased with something Kat gave him made her happy] Hey Kat! If you were to use a weapon, which one would you use?
Kat: Well... I don't ever plan on using a weapon... But if I were to ever use one, I guess some bombs or any other types of explosives! The sounds they make! The damage they do! It's so cool!
Pico: Heh! Sounds cool! I just hope you're not planning on blowing this place up...
Kat: No... Other than Monokuma, I can't find any bombs around here... And the humanoid bomb we had here is... dead...
Pico: Yeah... Still sad about Whitty's death, huh?
Kat: Yeah... I was his biggest fan... I was hoping we could get to know each other a bit more being stuck here together, but I guess that's out of the question now... At least Ruvtazy got along with him...
Pico: Yeah... I understand how you feel... I hope you feel better soon, Kat!
Kat: Thanks!
Pico: Anyway, the weapon I would use is my trusty gun! [He pulled out his gun] This baby has the power of a thousand raging bulls!
Kat: You must really love your gun!
Pico: You know it! I take this baby wherever I go!
Kat: Too bad I don't know a whole lot about guns...
Pico: That's okay! How about I someday tell you about guns, and then you can tell me about bombs!
Kat: Good idea! Why do you have an infinity for guns, anyway?
Pico: Well... I didn't choose the infinity... Moreso, the infinity chose me...
Kat: Huh?
Pico: It was just a normal day of school, and that's when it happened... She came in, gun in hand... I got a gun of my own though. I had no choice... I had to eliminate her, and I did... But it still haunts me... So much blood... So much killing... So many of my friends killed in a split second... I still hear the screams and gunshots... I still see the bloody bodies of my peers... I still smell the stench of death... Sometimes, I feel like she's still out there...
Kat: [Putting a hand on Pico's shoulder in an attempt to calm him down] That must've been very traumatic... [Pico nodded] I get it... Would you like a hug? [She held her arms out]

Pico: You know what, I'll help us get outta here! I'll help us run free again! We'll defeat Monokuma together!
Kat: That's the spirit! [We then cut to Silver in his room]
*Ding dong, bing bong*
[A TV screen turned on, with Monokuma on the screen]
Monokuma: Mm, ahem, this is a school announcement. It is now 10 p.m. As such, it is officially nighttime. Soon the doors to the dining hall will be locked, and entry at that point is strictly prohibited. Okay then...sweet dreams, everyone! Good night, sleep tight, don't let the bed bugs bite... [The TV turned off]
Silver: Another day gone... But even though today is over...this "game" definitely isn't. How long is it gonna keep going? [All the stress and anxiety kept Silver from falling asleep until late in the night...]
