To Survive: Part 2: Going To The Dining Hall

Silver rushed out of the room to meet up with all the others. But someone was waiting for him there. It was like something out of an old TV show...

WHAM!!!!!

??????: Ahh! [The person who he had bumped into was Whitty]

Silver: Oh--! ...Whitty? S-Sorry! Are you okay?

Whitty: I'm fine. 

Kat: We hope you're okay, Silver... Sorry about that... 

Silver: Oh, you also invited Kat along?

Whitty: No. She decided to invite herself along. [Kat had an embarrassed smile on her face and Silver stood up slowly]

Silver: Are you okay, Whitty? Are you hurt?

Whitty: You make it sound worse than it is. I'm fine. I've actually built some pretty good muscle jumping up and down on stage!

Silver: That's good, then...

Kat: But...are *you* okay? You know, from when Ruv hit you...

Silver: [Thinking] That's true... I got knocked out right there in front of everyone. I guess I revealed my lack of cool right from the beginning... 

 Whitty: Silver?

Silver: Oh, uh, I'm fine! Nothing wrong here!

Kat: Oh, that's good. I was kinda worried...

Silver: Th-Thanks... By the way...what are you two doing here?

Whitty: Well, long story short, Blaze wanted one of us to come check on you, so we decided to draw straws, and I got the shortest straw, so I was practically forced to come check on you. And Kat over here decided to invite herself along.

Kat: [Laughs nervously] Well, if you really are feeling better...We were hoping you could come to the dining hall.

Silver: The dining hall...?

Whitty: After you got knocked out, everyone decided to go and do their own thing. We decided it would be more effective if we split up to investigate. So we agreed to get together later on and talk about what we'd each found out.

Silver: So does that mean it's almost time to get back together? If that's what's going on, then, of course, I'll go with you guys!

Kat: Good. We'll go on ahead and meet you at the dining hall, then. [She and Whitty leave. Silver follows them and they make it to the dining hall]

Silver: [Thinking] This must be the dormitory dining hall.

Whitty: It looks pretty clean, so that's good.

Kat: ...Er, I guess that's not really important right now, with us being prisoners here and all.

Silver: Yeah, that's true... [Thinking] Nobody was waiting there for us. We don't really have much choice. I guess we should just wait here for now.

Kat: Hmm... Okay, let's just wait here.

Silver: [Thinking] Um, so...what time is it right now? [He looks at the clock on the wall, which read 7:00 p.m.] What!? 7 o'clock!? At night!?

Kat: [To Silver] You were unconscious for a pretty long time...

Silver: [Thinking] I see... Without being able to look out a window, I've lost all sense of time. If I have to stay in this place for too long...I might just go crazy...

Whitty: By the way, Silver...

Silver: Huh? What is it?

Whitty: W-Well, it's just... I know this is kind of continuing the self-introduction thing, but I wanted to tell you something.
