you woke up three hours later.
the sun was higher in the sky now and the city was more lively.
you rubbed the tiredness off your eyes and got up. you glanced at your phone, before turning it on.
you opened your room's door slowly, so you won't wake up your probably-asleep parents.
well bullshit! they were awake, considering the voices coming from the living room.
you tip-toed your way to the bathroom and locked yourself in.
after that, nothing.
your appetite was gone and all you wanted was peace and quiet. but you were too stubborn.
you instead, opened your phone and went through various pictures and videos... again.
crying... again.
trying to distract yourself... again.
you checked your social media.
50+ new messages from the group chat with all of them.
well not all of them...
'theuser has left the group' it said.
you were no surprised he did. after using all of you, he had nothing else to do. your friends asking 'why?' and 'what happened?' but since nobody knew, they assumed his account got hacked and later on deleted; since they couldn't find him anywhere.
there were many messages from the girls gc, too.
asking how your anniversary was and if something juicy happened.
you just left them all on seen. but the messages that surprised you more, were eren's. they weren't on any social media. they were sms and missed calls.
80+ missed calls. 99+ new messages.
you clicked on them and were met with many messages just saying your name, but they were other ones too.

he rang the doorbell of your house and some minutes later, your mother opened the door.
"good morning, mrs ackerman!" he said, smiling at her.
"good morning! come on in" she smiled and gestured him to enter.
he bowed his head as if saying thank you and excused himself in the house.
"oh? i didn't expect to see you here, yeager" levi said, looking at the boy from the couch.
"i'm actually here for y/n! oh, and i brought her these" he said, lifting the bags he was holding.
both their gazes fell on the floor. your mother cleared her throat, grabbing eren's attention.
"uh.. eren, dear.. y/n-"
"i know! that's why i'm here!" he said, passing her his phone to see the messages.
levi was looking at them too, a small smile appearing on his face.
"thanks for caring about my daughter, yeager! she's up in her room. i think the door is unlocked!" he said, tilting his head towards the stairs.
"thank you, mr ackerman!" eren said, a small smile on his face.
he started heading towards the staircase, until he felt a hand on his shoulder.
"please... try to calm her down" your mother said, softly
he nodded his head, reassuring her and started coming towards your room...
