I looked at the motorcycles in front of me and watched as Draken and Mikey stood proudly in front of them.

"y/n can ride with me. I don't think she wants to ride with you old man" teased Mikey as he pointed at Draken. Draken gave him a look and rolled his eyes.
"Let's go. We don't want to be late" said Draken in a serious tone.

I followed Mikey, hesitantly taking hold of his hand as he helped me up onto the back of his bike. I felt the touch of a helmet over my head, Mikey's hands slowly buckling the strap underneath my chin. I couldn't quite make out where to look as his face was so close to mine.

Taking a glance at Takemichi, I began to laugh as he wrapped his arms awkwardly around Draken's torso.
Mikey turned back around and I heard the motor below me.

"Hang on tight. Okay?" said Mikey as he looked back at me with a reassuring smile. I nodded and hesitantly wrapped my arms around his waist.

In just a few seconds, the two bikes drove off.

Mikey's POV:
Her arms wrapped around me for the second time today, and I already felt as if I could get used to this feeling. I couldn't quite remember the last time I had hugged or been hugged by anyone. It was a nice feeling.

Most of all, I couldn't believe that I had found her. I found y/n.

She was different from before. It was obvious that she had turned much stronger and she had matured in many ways.

However her eyes had never changed. No matter the dark state she was in, her eyes remained bright and filled with light. So bright, they looked as if they were sparkling. Those eyes of hers welcomed all the light from the sun and shined so bright that even the stars could look dull.

For two years, I searched for her in worry of what may have happened to that frail girl who fought alone. After a while I had accepted in defeat that the stranger I had only seen once had not made it out of that tunnel she had been born into.

I don't even know why I was worried for her, or still interested in her whereabouts years later. I had met many weak people in the past yet I never felt any mercy or guilt for any of them. I had learned that some people were destined to be weak, and ones destiny could not be changed.

When I met that girl under the slide, I wanted to help her. I didn't quite know how, but something about her made me want to protect her. Even still I don't know what it was.

She claims I gave her hope, yet I know she became strong purely on her own. I can't even imagine what it must've been like for her.

Maybe one day she will tell me about it.

I'm glad to see her so strong now, but I don't want to lose her again. I know her strength is worth something.

Tonight I'm taking her somewhere I had never pictured myself taking a girl. Yes, things could go wrong but I was willing to risk it for y/n.

This is a bad idea. How awful of me to put a young girl at risk of getting hurt.
I'm getting too distracted. I only brought her here to show her what skill like hers can be used for.

We approached the shrine and I stopped the bike. Already my Toman members had assembled two lines, bowing their heads down.

I stopped and got off my bike and held my hand out to help y/n off. Draken and Takemichi followed close behind.

I wanted y/n to experience what it was like to be a member of Toman, and what she could do. I had only seen her fight once, but it was something I would never get bored of watching.

Draken, Takemichi, y/n and I began to walk down the dim street leading to the shrine.

I had already began to hear mutters and whispers about my guests.
