Summary: You're singing in the shower, and your neighbor joins in.
Trigger warnings: again, none, at least I think. Please tell me if there is one.
You sigh as you walk in the door to your apartment, just getting home from work. Today had been exhausting, and all you wanted to do was take a nice, long hot shower, singing your favorite songs at the top of your lungs.
You drop your bag on the couch and head straight to your room to grab your y/f/c pajamas. (A/n: any style you like, it won't affect the storyline. Or if you sleep naked that's great too.) You grab your towel and head into the bathroom. Turning the water to as hot as you can stand it, you turn on your favorite music. Hoping in the shower you let the water just wash over you for a few minutes, washing away all the stress from the day.
You start singing as "Love is an Open Door" from Frozen comes on. (A/n: sorry if you hate it, it's the only duet I know without looking up the words cuz I'm too lazy to do that.) "All my life has been a series of doors in my face, and then suddenly I bump into you."
As you're about to start singing Hans' line, you hear your neighbor start singing it instead. "I was thinking the same thing, just like, I've been searching my whole life to find my own place, and maybe it's the party talking or the chocolate fondue."
There's a slight pause because you're so startled you stop singing. As the song continues and you still aren't singing, you hear your neighbor, whom you've never met, by the way, say, "C'mon I can't sing the whole song by myself. "
Blushing wildly, you continue singing. You finish singing the song together, and there is a pause before he says "You have a very nice voice."
You smile at that and say, "Yours isn't bad either."
You hear his shower shut off, so you assume he leaves the bathroom. You finish your shower, occasionally singing along with some of the songs.
As you get ready for bed, you can't help but think about your neighbor, wondering what he looks like, and what his name is.
