- Both Karou and Kandace are addicted to stupid reality shows like The Kardashians and Real Housewives, and weekend nights are often spent binging the latest episodes.
- Kandace has Karou's passion for art, so he taught her how to do calligraphy and now they do it together.
- Kandace taught Karou how to use Tumblr, much to Reki and Miya's horror, and now they're both addicted to looking at funny posts.
- Kandace also taught Karou how to clap 👏🏾 back 👏🏾 and now he does it all the time at the most random intervals.

*Karou and Kojiro arguing*
Kojiro: You've had Cheerios for three days in a row Karou, you need to eat something else!!
Karou: I only have one thing to say to you, and that's that 👏🏾 I 👏🏾 want👏🏾cereal👏🏾and👏🏾you👏🏾 can't👏🏾stop👏🏾me👏🏾
Kojiro: THAT'S NOT EVEN HOW THAT WORKS!
- In return, Karou taught Kandace a bunch of rude Japanese phrases to use against her enemies, and she DOES. Kojiro is horrified and proud at the same time.
- Kadence is one of the two only people alive, other then Kojiro, allowed to touch Karou's hair.
