Kojiro washes the car, and Kaoru can't take his eyes off him.
———Kaoru bit his lip for what felt like the fourth time in five minutes, as he sat on the front porch and stared at what was going on in the driveway. What was going on, was that Kojiro had decided that today, bright and sunny and a hellish, sweltering 99 degrees, (36.1 for all you Celsius peeps) was a good day to wash their car.
Kaoru had originally come outside to make sure that his husband hadn't passed out from the heat, but now he was busy gawking at the Greek god he'd married and slept in the same bed as..
He hated it. He wasn't supposed to be staring at his husband like an animal in heat, that was Kojiro's job! But here he freaking was, biting his lip so hard it felt like it was going to bleed as a sweaty, shirtless, and stupidly hot Kojiro washed the car with a towel, his brow furrowing as he furiously scrubbed at a suspiciously tough blotch on the hood.
"Papa? Are you okay?" A voice came from behind him, causing Kaoru to startle and whip around to see Kadence, standing there with a confused and disgusted look on her face.
"Huh? Yeah, what? I'm good, why? What's wrong?" Kaoru blabbed, and Kadence pursed her red lips at him, "You've been out here staring at Dad for ten minutes."
Kaoru blinked at her, turning around and leaning against the porch railing, "Uhm-.. I-..Wha-Whaahahahat~?" He finally managed to stammer nervously, laughing a bit, "I was- I-I wasn't staring!"
"Mmmhmm," Kadence hummed, narrowing her eyes at him, and Kaoru felt his face flushing, "T-There's nothing to even stare at, I-It's not like I'm attracted to my husband washing the car."
He turned around then, "Yeah-..Yeah! There's absolutely nothing to be attracted toooooohhhhwhoaa.."
Kaoru's voice trailed off as he saw Kojiro dump the contents of his water bottle over his head, his glistening muscles flexing as he ran his hands through his hair.
"Ooohhhh boy," Kaoru breathed out, bracing his hands against the railing as Kadence stood beside him, arms folded and eyes even more narrowed as she repeated, "Mmmmmhmmmm.."
Kaoru felt his eye twitch in annoyance, and he growled under his breath as he stomped down the porch steps and onto the driveway, stalking down the concrete and slamming his hands onto the wet car. A few seconds went by, then Kojiro's head popped up from the other side, and the soaked man grinned at him, "Oh, hey 'Ru!"
Kaoru felt his face turning red again as Kojiro circled the car to stand in front of him, and he got a complete, uncensored view of his six pack. This did nothing but make Kaoru angrier, and he glared at his husband as the other man wiped his face with a towel, "Did you need me for something?"
"Yes," Kaoru hissed, pointing a finger in his husband's face, "I need you to PUT ON A FREAKING SHIRT!"
Kojiro blinked, then he grinned cheekily and put his hands behind his head, "Oh~ like what you see?" He wagged his eyebrows at his husband, and Kaoru seethed because yes, he did like what he saw, he's never been more turned on in his life, and he's MAD about it.
"Forget the car." He snapped, grabbing Kojiro's arm and pulling his very confused husband up their driveway and back inside the house, followed by Kadence and passing Miya and Reki on their way upstairs, who gawked at them in confusion.
"Uhm- what's happening?" Reki asked, and Kaoru barked, "NOTHING!" as he dragged Kojiro along behind him, and the last thing the three siblings heard was the sound of their parents bedroom door slamming shut.
There was silence, and the three kids simply stared up the staircase until Miya spoke up, "So.. who wants to go up and get my swi-"
"NO."
