Chapter 37

I wake up around 10:00am to an empty house. I checked my phone to see that they went to the store, and would be back any minute now, I went to the bathroom, and hopped in the shower.

Once I got out, I changed into sweats, and a T-shirt.

I sat back down on the couch, and opened youtube. About a minute into a YLYL challenge from Wilbur, the door swung open.

"Catch " Bri said as soon as she saw I was up.

I looked in my lap to see a Milka chocolate bar for me.

"Thanks" I say as she sets a bag of stuff down next to me.

They inform me that they still have one more errand to run, and that I can have everything in the mystery bag.

I thank them again, and look inside as they leave.

I pull out a technoblade plush.

(Remember the ones released like August/September 2021? Yeah those ones)

I set it down next to me and pull out a giant bag of (your favorite candy).

Next I pull out a hoodie, when I look at the design, I realized it's a Lovejoy hoodie, with a design of the 'are you alright' album. I pull out the last thing from the bag, and it's an envelope.

I carefully open it to see a note that read :
Y/n
     I hope these make you feel a little bit better, I know you wanted a technoblade plush, and were disappointed when they sold out, so I pulled a few strings, and got one for you. I know your a hige Lovejoy fan, so I hope you enjoy the hoodie, and don't eat ALL the candy at once. I don't want you to get sick.
Remember that I love you, and it will be OK.

I pull out my phone, and send him a thank you text, the pull the hoodie over my shirt, and take a bite out of the Milka bar from Jessie and Bri.

After I finish my bar, I go back on youtube until they get back.

After an hour or two I hear the car pull in the drive. I quickly tie my hair up, and adjust my clothes so it doesn't look like I just sat on the couch all day.

Then I hear a third car door shut. They probably just grabbed something from the back seat.

I hear the key turn in the lock, and Jessie walks in, then Bri.

"Why do you two look so suspicious" I ask as they keep looking outside. Neither of them have bags, I relize.

"We uhhmmm... we have a suprise for you" Bri says fake smiling, though I can tell by her face she knows I'm gonna be pissed for something.

"Hold on real quick" Jessie starts " Please dont me mad" he continues "it wasn't my idea".

"Uhhmmm... Okay?" I'm comfused now.

Then I'm not.

It all makes sense.

I feel my heart drop as I see someone step inside.

It's all in slow motion.

Step...

Step...

Step...

"Hey sweaty-er... y/n?" My heart drops, I think it skipped a beat. No no no no no.

The panic showed on my face. THIS? HER? WHY? WHY NOW?

All of my child hood memories come flooding back as I stand there with a blank expression.

I'm dizzy.

Bam!

My body collapsed to the floor.

"Y/n!" I hear Jessie and Bri yell in sink.

It's all blurry because of my tears, I just let them roll down my face.

"Oh dear... Is- is she gonna be Ok?" I hear the witch ask.

I bring my knees up to my chest and blurry my face into them as I remember.
