Day four at Bri's place. I've only taken my headphones off to sleep, other than that, I haven't stopped.
Part of me wants to text Jessie, when we were still close, I would tell him anything and everything.
Reluctantly I pause my music, it's 2am, hopefully he'll anser.
No, I shouldn't do this.
I'm being a such a selfish bitch right now.
But, god I wanna hear his voice.

"Screw it" I whisper to myself unlocking my phone as nd dialing his number.
He picks up on first ring.
"Y/n! Are you ok, Bri told me everything, are you mad at me? Please tell me your OK" he says quickly, with full concern in his voice.
"I- wait- no, kinda? Slow down" I say comfused.
"So, your not mad at me?" He asks anxiously.
"No! Why would I be mad at you?" I ask more confused.
"N-nevermind" he stuttered relieved. I hear weird noises from his end of the phone.
"What are you doing?" I ask.
"Driving, sorry" he says.
"Oh, no your fine, I was just confused, where you going?" I say.
"I-umm... uh- just grabbing snacks" he says tripping over words. I can tell it's bull shit.
"At two AM, suuure, I believe that" I say smiling for the first time in four days.
"Ya, anyways" he says changing the topic, we talk about random things for about 20 minutes till it sounds like the car slowed down.
"Did you reach your destination?" I laugh as I hear what sounds like him walking.
"Yeah, almost, umm... what are you doing" he says nervously.
"Its two AM? Nothing" I say laughing a little more.
"I bet the stars are pretty" he says.
"Yeah" I agree.
"Their pretty where I'm standing" he says.
"I'll look right now" I say standing up, and walking to the door.
I open the door to see him standing there holding a bag of snacks.
We don't say anything, I quickly hang up and we collided into each other hugging tightly as if letting go would instantly kill us.
