the Prophet saw said,
"when the funeral is ready for its burial and the people lift it on their shoulders, if the deceased was a righteous person, he says: "take me quickly, take me quickly." and if it was not a righteous person, it says: "woe to me! where are you taking me?" and his voice is audible to everything except human beings; and if human beings heard it, they would faint."
(Bukhari 1380)
