y/n stared back at her reflection in the mirror, the new uniform a deep shade of plum. she readjusts the scarf around her neck then leans a bit closer to mirror, applying a few swipes of mascara followed with a thin coat of lipgloss to keep her lips protected from the cold weather.

picking up her messenger bag and slipping it over her shoulder, she looked ready but did she feel ready?

absolutely not, her heart had already started running a whole marathon ever since she woke up.

y/n always loved the early morning walks to school, her walkman blaring her favourite songs into her eardrums and she was sure that her music was so loud that the people walking past could also hear , but will she ever see those people again? probably not. is sharing caring? absolutely.

her peace was soon disrupted when she noticed that a group of schoolgirls had blocked the footpath she was on, muffled squeal and voices was heard through her headphones.

'did something happen?' she wondered as she awkwardly stood behind the large group. (🧍‍♀️lol u)

curious and inching a bit closer, y/n stood on her tippy toes trying to get a better look at what the girls were crowding around, it was a little hard to see with so many of them in the way.

'i wonder if it's a cute cat or puppy they found,' y/n thought as a smile found its way to her face.

"ALL OF YOU, SHUT THE THE FUCK UP AND FUCK OFF!" A deep voice roared, seemingly coming right from the middle of the group, the owner of voice emerged from the middle, a incredibly tall teenage boy with the most menacing look y/n had ever seen.

y/n didn't have to be told twice, she didn't stick around to find out who this boy was or to be randomly verbally assaulted again.

this girl was already nervous enough.

y/n was now shitting bricks.

ok backtrack, her new teacher; miss all sunny and cheery decided it would be a great idea for the poor girl to wait outside the classroom after class starts and she will be called in to do the typical cringy introduction.

oh the sweet taste of anxiety, y/n's favourite meal.

she has debated internally whether or not if she should just run and hide in the bathrooms and tell the teacher after that she had the most explosive diarrhoea.

hm, good plan... but maybe next time.

"y/n! please do come in!" she flinches as the teachers muffled voice through the closed door.

clammy hands gripping the handle, hesitating before finally twisting it and pushing the creaky door open.

at least 10 million sets of eyes were now on her, well, it's a bit of an exaggeration but that's how y/n felt.

the classroom was deadly quite as y/n awkwardly made her way up to the front, her posture was stiff as she turned to face the class. her eyes stared ahead at a dumb poster of some cartoon character stuck on the back of the classroom, avoiding any eye contact at all costs.

"h-hello. my name is y/n l/n, i just moved here." you spoke in the best japanese you could master, 'please don't bully me.' you added internally.
