CHAPTER 10: Missed Me?

Back to reality na ang buhay ko and HEY! I'm part of the Marketing Department of our company. Sabi kasi ni mommy at daddy I've got lots of things to learn pa. Well, it's fine with me 'cause I know na hindi sapat ang knowledge ko for the position next to my kuya.

So today is Monday and again... everyone greeted me not just because I'm the daughter of the owner of the company but because I'm their co-employee. *smile* I'm wearing a black high-waisted slacks and a navy blue polo na tinupi ko in 3/4's and paired it with a 3" stiletto. Suot ko rin ang company I.D namin.

Dumirecho ako sa table ko which is located outside our Marketing Head's office. Assistant niya kasi ako for a while. *smile* Time check: 8:37 AM palang so I decided na magtimpla muna ng coffee.

At exactly 9:00 AM, I started to do the works on my table. Hiniwalay ko ang mga papers na ibinilin sa akin ni Sir Taro. Hmmm... Si Sir Taro, siya ang head ng department namin. If I'm going to describe him... Given that he's handsome, he's a gentleman, definitely a charmer and a bachelor. Well I'm not sure kung may girlfriend siya, lahat halos ng girls sa department namin ay may gusto sa kanya, syempre I'M THE ONLY EXCEPTION... Si Fortalejo lang sapat na. *heart heart*

"Good morning Miss Gabriel!" tiningnan ko kung sino ang bumati sa akin, and it was my boss

"Good morning too Sir!" nakangiti kong bati

"So are you done with the papers? I need to sign them A.S.A.P." medyo business type ang aura niya

"Not yet Sir. I'll just hand it to you the moment I finish them all."

"Alright then." pumasok na siya sa office niya

Ipinagpatuloy ko ang ginagawa ko at mabilis ko itong natapos. Yung ibang papers kasi nalito pa ako, mukhang naligaw lang ang mga 'to from other department. *sigh* Dinala ko na ang mga documents na kailangan pirmahan ni Sir Taro.

"Sir ito na po lahat ng papers na kailangan niyo." inilapag ko ang mga papel sa table niya

"Thank you Miss Gabriel." tumango lang ako bilang sagot at palabas na sana ako ng office niya nang magsalita ulit siya

"Miss Gabriel, before I forget... I'll have a meeting at Fortalejo Group, Inc. later and you being my assistant needs to go with me. Your parents also reminded me about this matter yesterday. I'm sorry about the short notice but I hope you can prepare yourself for this important meeting." dire-direcho niyang sabi at ako naman medyo nawindang

"Errr... Ok Sir. hehehe..." then tumalikod na ako sa kanya at tuluyan ng lumabas

Pagkabalik na pagkabalik ko sa table ko, napasalampak ako sa upuan ko at nagpakawala ng isang napakalalim na buntong hininga. *SIGH* Ewan ko pero sa narinig ko mula kay Sir, parang bigla akong nakaramdam ng kaba at excitement. Kaba kasi ilang araw ko ng hindi nakikita at nakakausap o text man lang si Fortalejo after the Cabalen incident at Excitement, malamang sabik akong makita siya. *smile* See you soon babe. :*
