CHAPTER 2: Second Encounter

One week had passed after that meeting with Mr. Cold-aura slash jerk slash rude slash Fortalejo. Hanggang ngayon naiinis parin ako kasi mabait ako and I never treated anyone harshly and rudely like him. Hindi talaga matanggap ng kagandahan ko eh. Argh!

Nagpaalam ako kay kuya na magre-red lipstick ako sa office at pinayagan niya naman ako. I'm wearing a black fitted dress and a red pumps. I curled my hair at medyo, NO, scratch that medyo word kasi daring talaga ang itsura ko dahil sa make-up. I'll be a bitch for today.

Pagdating ko sa office, everyone was stunned by my beauty. Ha! Sex Goddess kaya ako! Hindi na nga nila ako nabati dahil lahat sila laglag panga, pero nagsmile ako sa kanila.

(BOARD ROOM)

Binati ako ng mga tao na nandoon except for that Fortalejo. He just eyed me coldly. I DON'T CARE! Then I shot my eyebrow heavenward at him.

Fortalejo started his presentation at talagang nakinig akong mabuti. I even jot down informations about what he's saying.

Nasa kalagitnaan siya ng presentation niya nang humikab ako ng sadya kaya napatingin silang lahat sa akin.

"Oh! I'm sorry gentlemen. Continue Mr. Fortalejo." sinamaan niya ako ng tingin but I just smirked at him

Ipinagpatuloy niya ang presentation niya at nakinig parin ako. I show lack of interest on what he's saying kaya naman siniko ako ni kuya Jk at pinandilatan ng mata, but I just smiled sweetly back at him. After ng presentation, I raised my hand again kaya bumaling silang lahat sa akin.

"Another fault Mr. Fortalejo." tapos umiling-iling pa ako

"You see another fault Miss Gabriel?" tanong sa akin ni Mr. Del Carmen, one of our trusted board member

"Yes. *simpleng sagot ko* You see, another problem here is the budget allocated for this project. *tumayo ako at inilipat ko yung slide ng presentation niya sa may budget* Mr. Fortalejo might changed his Target Market to the High Class people of the society. If they will be our target market, why do we need to spend such big amount of money?! Individual from High class society can provide us half of the needed budget, then where will be the other half go?" then I just shrugged

Nagkaroon ulit ng bulong-bulungan ang board members kaya tiningnan ko si Mr. Cold-aura slash rude slash jerk slash Fortalejo. Ang sama ng tingin niya sa akin kaya kinindatan ko siya.

"Gentlemen, calm down." sabi ni kuya Jk kaya tumahimik ang lahat

"Sir I think I agree to what Miss Gabriel's saying." sabi naman ni Mr. Co. Magsasalita na sana ako ng Victory speech ko pero sadyang epal to si Fortalejo

"I'm sorry ladies and gentlemen. Sir I'm sorry again but if you could please give me one last chance for my project proposal. I'll make a better revision. My company needs the support of your company for this project, big time. Please" tss cold aura as always

Tiningnan ako ni Kuya Jk at napailing nalang ito. Narinig ko ang malalim niyang pagbuntong hininga kaya nginitian ko siya.
