Worst Week Ever

MARCH 2022.

Hello.

This is BIGHIT MUSIC.

We would like to provide you with some information regarding BTS member Minhee being diagnosed with COVID-19.

Minhee presented symptoms of a sore throat and visited a hospital to take a PCR test on Wednesday, March 22, and was diagnosed with COVID-19 today (morning).

Minhee has completed three rounds of COVID-19 vaccinations and is currently not presenting any extraordinary symptoms other than a sore throat, and is undergoing treatment at home while under quarantine.

Minhee is planning to take part in activities scheduled to take place next month once her at-home treatment concludes.

The company places the artists' health as our top priority, and we will do everything we can to aid Minhee in her speedy recovery. We will also diligently cooperate with the requests and guidelines of the health care authorities.

The girl could not believe this nightmare was actually coming true. 

Throughout the whole pandemic, Minhee has not once caught the Corona virus. Now out of all times, when they're supposed to fly out to Las Vegas for the Grammys in just a week.

In 2021 when they were first nominated, they could not attend the awards due to the travel-ban and the world shutting down... but instead they were able to do a show stopping recorded performance of Dynamite from Korea. 

This was their second chance. In 2022, they could actually perform at the awards for the first time... and who knows? Maybe they could actually take home a grammy-

Yoongi would be so happy. 

But alas, fate wasn't on their side. The youngest member wanted to crawl in a hole and cry.

It was scary when Yoongi, Jin and Namjoon ended up catching the virus back in early January returning home to South Korea from the States.

At the moment, she was completely spazzing. Minhee was so excited to go overseas. Not only for the Grammys, but their upcoming sold out Permission to Dance concerts. 

Her family members in Vancouver even bought tickets and they were going to fly down. She was so excited to see her aunt, uncle, cousins, and Army again...

But now-

"Minhee-ah-"

Raising the volume on her phone, Minhee lightly smiled hearing her boyfriends voice. It was difficult to be happy at the moment given the situation, but Jungkook's cute little face does wonders.

"How are you feeling?"

Pausing, the girl evaded eye contact. She was obviously upset. What's going to happen now? Can she attend the Grammys? The concerts?

"Not good-"

Jungkook felt absolutely terrible. He caressed the side of his phone with his thumbs, expressing a concerned look. What's even worse, he couldn't hold her. Be with her. Cry with her. 

"Jungkook-ah-" She lightly spoke with a few muffled coughs 

"I wish I can just jump through the screen and be with you-" Jungkook cutely smiled revealing his bright teeth causing Minhee to blush on the other end evading his gaze on the face time 

"I miss you-"

"Were practically with each other all the time Kook-" Minhee comically rolled her eyes

"You see me everyday-"
