[Old] Never let go, Never Runaway (Oumasai)

This December

Luckily when I went I left the bathroom, class didn't start yet. The principal was out there talking (more like yelling) to Iruma and Togami.

Everyone was still out in the hall, including the teachers.

"Do you think they're gonna get expelled?" whispered a student.

"I dunno... Togami might because he was the one who started the fight but I dunno about Iruma..." Another student replied.

Shuichi walked into the scene. I'm guessing he just got back from the bathroom or something because he was heading from the same hallway I did.

He walked and stood next to me. I blushed.

He was really close to me. My face was like a tomato.

"Hey Kichi..?" Asked Shuichi in a hushed tone.

"Yeah... What's up? I asked.

He cleared his throat silently. "Uh, we need to talk... Can I walk you home today?" He asked.

Wait... Shuichi wants to walk home with... me? Hell yeah! "Yeah sure," I said trying to act cool.

He smiled and nodded.

The rest of the day went by surprisingly fast. We didn't have 5th hour because of the fight, 6th hour is P.E so I just sat there, and 7th hour is study haul so I just also sat there.

I shut my locker once I grabbed my book bag.

I looked around for Shuichi. He was at his locker talking to Kaede. I didn't want to interrupt him but I also wanted to be with him.

I started walking away. I can't just interrupt him... But at the same time, I wanna go home.

"KICHI WAIT UP!!" Shuichi yelled. "Bye Kaede!"

Kaede smiled and waved to him. "Bye Saihara! Cya tomorrow!!"

"Bye!" He said before he caught up to me.

"Alright let's go." He said.

"Mhm," I said in a muffled tone. There was so much to think about. The fight, uh SHUICHI WALKING HOME WITH ME AHHHHHH.

We left the school and started along the path to my house.

I was happy. This week, well asides from the fight earlier in the day had been great. Shuichi is a great person.

"So what did you need to talk about?" I asked.

"Uh.." He sighed. "It'd be easier if I just showed you. Can I go inside your place?''

I looked down. "Uh um oh course!" I said, blushing.

"Wow, Saihara wants to go to my house..!" I said to myself. I couldn't help but smile.

"Uh hey, Kokichi... Uh, I need to ask you a question.." Shuichi said, half whispering.

"Oh uh sure... What's up?" I asked.

"Uh..." He looked embarrassed. "What's your opinion on sexuality...?" He asked quickly.

"Oh!" I gave him a blank look. "If your gay then that's fine. I myself am Bisexual."

He looked surprised. "Oh... I always got the impression of your straight."

"Huh? Really?" I asked. 

"Uh yeah... I'm pansexual.." Shuichi said embarrassed.

I nodded my head. "Oh, that's cool," I said.

He looked down at me. "Oh uh really? I wasn't expecting you to be uh well- like so open to it. Like do you have anything to say?"

I shook my head. "What no. If you're pan then that's fine. Like it doesn't bother me."

"Oh really?" He asked.

I shook my head in agreement.

The rest of the walk was silent. It wasn't awkward or anything, it was just kinda nice enjoying each other's company.

I opened the door to my house.

My uncle was sitting at the coffee table. I think he was doing paperwork.

"Hey, Ko- Oh hey who's your friend?" My uncle asked.

"My name Is Shuichi Saihara, sir." Shuichi said.

My uncle looked at me. I forgot that I told him that I have a crush on him.

"Ohh... Hi Saihara. Please stay for dinner. I mean if you'd like." My uncle said.

Shuichi smiled and nodded. "That'd be nice."

"Alright, I'll start cooking." My uncle announced.

"Come on Shuichi," I said walking to my room with the taller boy following behind me.

"Alright."

We walked to my bedroom. I opened the door and shut it once the two of us were in the room.

I sat down on the floor and pat the seat in front of me motioning for him to sit next to me.

He sat down next to me.

I cleared my throat. I wonder what Shuichi needs? I hope he asks me out or something!

"So uh, Kichi... I've been meaning to ask you something..." Shuichi said.

"Oh uh... Yeah, what is it?" I asked. Is this really happening? Oh my god, I can't wait to say yes. I-

"Can you pull up your sleave?" He asked.

"Huh?" I blurted out.

Shuichi looked down. "Kichi. I heard you in the bathroom today..." 

Oh no...

a/n: AHHHH This took 4 fucking days to write. Idk why. But anyways We have testing at school for the next two weeks so updates might be slow but the story should be done in the next couple of weeks. Also, I've started a Tenko x Himiko book so after this is finished I'll post that.
