It was the next morning and I was up getting ready. Calum wanted to go out to the arcade and spend the day there with all of us. As if last night wasn't enough. Something just hit me though when everyone left and I was laying down in bed. My mom was talking with my dad yesterday and she basically kicked me out of the backyard and sent me inside for a few minutes.

There was something they were hiding from me and I couldn't tell what it was. Something was definitely different though. And it all is dealing with my mom.

I walked out of my bedroom after I changed and I finished my hair. I walked through the hallway and down the stairs when I heard a voice in the kitchen. "Kenz, when are you leaving for the arcade?" Someone asked.

"I'm leaving in a little bit," I said, heading to the family room. But I froze. I know that voice anywhere. That wasn't just any voice, that was my brother.

I turned around and walked towards the kitchen. "Marcus?" I questioned.

"How's my number one sis?" He asked. My dad and mom laughed at him and I ran to Marcus in the kitchen, jumping into his arms. It's been three months since I last saw him and I missed him a lot.

"What are you doing here?" I asked him. "When did you get here?"

"I pulled in this morning," he said, setting me down. I then remembered.

"Wait, did you go into your room yet?" I asked him.

"No, I was told I couldn't until you took me there. Which brings me to ask why?" Marcus asked me concerned.

"I will show you," I said, leading him to the stairs. I pulled him up the few steps and dragged him to his room, followed by mom and dad. I opened the door and grabbed him by his hand as his eyes were closed.

"Open your eyes!" I told him. Marcus uncovered his face with his hands and his eyes glistened as he looked around at the three month art piece I did.

"Oh my god, Kenzie, you did this?" He asked me, walking in more and looking around. I hummed my answer of yes. "How long did it take you?"

"A little over three months," I respond.

       "Dude this is amazing!"

I parked the car in a spot and put the car in break. "You've gotten better since I left," Marcus said, unbuckling his seat belt so we could change spots. He had me drive to the arcade to get more time in for my driving test. "I don't feel sick at all!"

"Shut up!" I chuckled. He laughed and we both stepped out of the car.

"Well, have fun. Text me what the driving home plan is," he told me. Nodding at him, I grabbed my wallet and my phone from the seat and headed into the arcade. I spotted the boys messing with Zoey as Roy pulled her hair, Michael poked her stomach, and Luke trying to put her in a head lock. Calum just stood against the wall, so I went to join him.

I stared at the chaos in front of me and shook my head. "I don't even know if I wanna know what caused this," I said, staring at the mini fight.

"There's no context behind it if you ask me," Calum said. I laughed and looked at him.

"Sorry I'm late. Marcus came home this morning," I told him.

"Did he see the room?" Calum asked, sounding extremely excited.

"He did and he loved it," I said with a smile.
