Dust POV

It's been 26 hours. Aly still isn't awake. Her brothers haven't left her side. I look over at Cross that's sitting opposite me. I know he is worried about Nightmare, he and Dream haven't eaten or slept since they found Aly. Pastel is next to Cross sleeping, when she'd woken up yesterday and saw her sister wasn't awake, she had started screaming and crying so hard that Night and Dream had to restrain her to calm her down.

Nightmare and Dream are letting us in Aly's room now, but I haven't gone back. I feel movement in front of me which makes me look up, seeing Cross standing and walking up to Aly's door knocking on it. "Night? Can you come out?" I can hear the desperation and hope lingering in his voice. The only response was silence which made Cross let out a sigh and walk into the room. A few minutes later he came out carrying a passive sleeping Nightmare, I looked up surprised which caught Cross's gaze. "He's exhausted, I'm surprised he lasted this long. He has already been up for more than 56 hours." Cross sighs before glancing at the small skeleton with a small smile and walking towards their bedroom.

Once the door closes behind them. I look back towards Pastel who is still asleep on the couch, though now she is restless, tossing and turning. Nightmares. "ALY!" She jumps off the couch gasping for air, with yellow tears flowing from her face. She looks around, then at Aly's door before whimpering and curling around herself. I don't think she noticed me, but I know I must comfort her. Aly would...

"Hey P" I walk towards her, and my voice startles her confirming my suspicion of her not noticing me. She lifts her head towards me as I sit down next to her. "I-is s-she u-up y-yet" she stutters through her tears. I shake my head no with a sigh before bringing my arms around her letting her break down in my chest.

I don't realise that I have also started crying until I hear Pastel gasp and look up at me. "Dust...Shhh," I buried my head in her shoulder, before hearing Aly's door opening, making both me and Pastel look up to see the supposedly most positive person looking like his whole world is crumbling down, which probably isn't completely wrong. Dream glances at us and immediately runs over. Right, No one has seen me cry for a long time. "Oh Dust, Aly will be ok! I know it! She is strong." He speaks quietly whilst coming over and picking Pastel up before saying he will take her to her room.

Alone in the hall, I sat there for a moment before walking up to Aly's door and walking inside. I don't speak this time, I just walk over to her bed and sit next to her with my head resting on the bed. With my hand in hers, I start crying again. I sat there crying for God knows how long, but that was until I felt movement. My hand was grabbed and squeezed making me jump and look down.

I watched as her eyes slowly blinked open to stare right towards me, with a light lilac blush plastered on her face. It makes me jump and fall off the bed landing with a thud before standing up slowly to look back towards her. I heard her giggle as she slowly smiled towards me while I walked towards her. "ALY!" I shouted which probably alerted the whole multiverse, but who cares!?! I ran over and hugged her so tightly as if she might vanish from existence. My response was another giggle and small arms wrapping around my waist. I wasn't aware of the gasps from the people that heard my yelling, all I could think about was Aly.
