"We should have killed that green-haired guy from yesterday, huh, Kacchan."
Kacchan's silent as he stands with his rogues in an alley, as they search through the dumpsters for any useful belongings.
He's confused by the emotions he felt after seeing his former childhood friend yesterday.
For a heartbeat, when he saw Izuku's forest green eyes, Kacchan almost felt human again.
"Kacchan?" The man repeats.
Almost.
"No," Kacchan replies, "We shouldn't have."
If it wasn't apparent why Kacchan spared Izuku, then that's just a further sign of how fucked up the world is.
The man nods, and continues looking through the dumpster for anything potentially useful.
And doesn't bring up the fact that he finds that green-haired man from yesterday to be absolutely exquisite looking.

Darkness threatens to envelop Shoto's entire being as he awaits Izuku's answer.
Izuku heaves.
"I spent it at Mom's house," Izuku replies.
"I don't buy it. Try again, Izuku."
"I spent it outside, looking for a ring to buy so that I could propose to you."
"But was that really necessary?"
Izuku sighs. "No, I guess not."
"Of course it wasn't. You know why?"
"Because you beat me to it," Izuku says weakly, "You proposed to me first."
"Damn straight."
Izuku clenches his fists.
"Don't feel bad, Izuku," Shoto says, enjoying the way Izuku squirms at his words, enjoying his power over his mate.
"You might have failed in proposing to me first, but at least you'll always be good at taking my mouth."
Izuku's face reddens and cheeks swell.
So.
Cute.
"Life isn't about winning." Izuku says resolutely.
"Of course you'd see it that way."
Izuku glares.
"I'm not wrong."
Shoto hums, feeling his member lengthen.
I win, Izuku.
"Then show me."
