Dabis P.O.V:

"Do you know what this guy looks like?" I asked Shigaraki from where I sat at a booth in the dim room.

"Nope. They aren't messing around when it comes to public records of themselves. Even with hacking I couldn't find anything."

I nodded and surveyed the room. It was quite empty but that was probably because it was a weeknight. Some twisted part of me was hoping that Y/N was working for Elijah and was lying to us so that way I wouldn't have to put effort into getting her back. Plus then if she wasn't working for Elijah it would hurt her that we tried to talk to him.

A tall skinny man with sandy brown hair walked in. He looked around the room. Shigaraki leaned forward onto his fist. The signal that that's who we were. His eyes fell on Shigaraki. He walked over to us and sat down.

"Sam?" Asked Shigaraki.

He nodded. "You must be the famous Shigaraki. I have only seen you on TV."

"Yes, well we need to talk to you about Y/N."

"What do you want to know?"

"Is she still working for Elijah?"

"Why are you asking?"

"Because she is in the League with us and we have suspicions."

"Well I can confirm she is not working for Elijah anymore. She is the only one of us that got out. Well there are others that got out but it's only because they died."

Shigaraki and I exchanged glances.

"Why did she get out?" I asked.

Sam looked surprised that I spoke. He hesitantly responded. "Y/N was the only girl Elijah trained. Honestly we were all shocked he ripped up her contract. He fell in love with her and she said if he really loved her that he would get rid of the contract. So he did. However Y/N didn't stay. He wants her back though and at this point he is willing to do whatever. So if either of you care even a bit about her and her freedom you will stop trying to talk to anyone that works for Elijah or Elijah himself. Y/N and I were friends of sorts when she was under the contract so I will protect her as much as I can. If Elijah finds out where Y/N is he will find her and you two will never see her again."

"I see. Thank you for taking the time to speak to us." Said Shigaraki.

Sam nodded. "It was nice to meet you two." He stood up and left the bar.

"Well at least we know she isn't working for him." Shigaraki said.

I looked away.

When we turned into the hallway in the warehouse Y/N was walking toward us. She stopped in her tracks. "Where were you two?" She asked.

"Out." Said Shigaraki from beside me.

"Out where?"

Shigiraki was silent for a moment. "We talked to Sam."

She blinked. "What? You did what?" Her voice got louder.

"We thought that you might still be working for Elijah."

Darkness outlined her body. Her face hardened. "Do you understand the danger you put me in by contacting them?"

"Sam told us. He promised he wouldn't tell Elijah he talked to us."

The darkness around her expanded and got darker. "If Elijah finds me I will never see daylight again. He wont let me go. You fucking idiots." She said fiercely.
