Dabi held open the van door for me and I climbed into it, Dabi following me in.

"Jesus Christ. Finally you two show up." Shigaraki said, irritated from the passenger seat.

"Shut the fuck up Shigaraki." I said as Dabi and I climbed into the back row of the van.

Kurogiri was in the driver seat, Shigaraki in the passenger seat. Toga, Sam and Twice sat in the middle seat.

Shigaraki turned around and glared at me.

"Careful Y/N," Sam started, I looked at him. "Shigaraki is in a bad mood."

I arched an eyebrow and looked at Shigaraki. "And why is that?"

"Because our warehouse that we stayed in after your bestie Elijah blew up our home, was discovered by some idiot hero's." He turned around. "God damn it kurogiri! Get driving!"

I rolled my eyes and leaned back in the seat as Kurogiri began to drive.

Dabi settled down next to me and grabbed my hand, intertwining our fingers. His thigh was pressed against mine. It felt good to be touching him.

Toga twisted in her seat and gave me an apologetic look.

I gave her a small smile back. "So what exactly are we doing?" I called up to Shigaraki.

Shigaraki turned back around, still looking irritated. He opened his mouth to talk but Dabi interrupted him.

"Don't you dare yell at my girlfriend again." Dabi said, his voice low.

Shigaraki and him stared at each other for a moment before Shigaraki broke eye contact to look at me. "We are going to a house." Shigaraki said slowly.

"For what?"

"To find a quirk enhancer."

"Why?"

"To sell it. Another villain group hid their stash in an abandoned house, so we are going to find it."

"I see."

"It's two hours away though so settle in." Shigaraki smirked.

About forty five minutes into the drive, my phone began to vibrate in my suit pocket. Dabi lifted his head from where it laid on my shoulder.

I pulled my phone out of my pocket and read the caller name; Elijah.

"Who is it?" Toga asked.

"Elijah."

"What the fuck could he want?" Sam asked.

"No clue." I slid to answer the call. "Hello?"

"Hello darling. How are you?"

"I am fine." I glanced over at Dabi, his eyes narrowed.

"That's good to hear. I was just calling to let you know that I am having a formal dinner tomorrow night. Lots of villain group leaders are attending and I was curious if you would be my guest. Shigaraki is invited as well, and he can bring a plus one."

Dabi must have been able to hear the call because he locked eyes with me and shook his head.

"What exactly is the dinner for?"

"Just to get together with other villain leaders."

"I see." I paused. "I will. I am not sure about the others though."

"Wonderful! And don't stress over what to wear, I have something picked out for you."

"Okay."

"I will have one of my drivers pick you up at four tomorrow."
