A normal day in the Castle..well..not exactly normal. Melony was passed out on the couch, you kinda liked her, she was sweet, and a huge cuddler. You were listening to music while Meggy was reading a newspaper.

Meggy: Unbelievable, why the hell would they do this?

Skully: Do what?

Meggy jumped up and looked around, but he was nowhere in sight.

Meggy: Where are you?

Skully: Up here.

She looks up and saw him on the ceiling.

Meggy: What are you doing up there?!

Skully: Uhhh...Exploring.

Meggy: Get down from there! You're going to hurt yourself!

Skully: I'll be fine, I've done this before-

He loses his grip and falls, luckily Meggy caught him in mid air.

Skully: Hello there!

Meggy: Hey, what were you saying?

Skully: Uh..

He quickly poked her nose.

Skully: Boop.

Meggy: Haha, very funny.

She sets him down. You gain your attention towards him.

Y/N: What were you doing up there?

Skully: Exploring the place.

You looked at him confused.

Skully: Fine, I wanted to be Spider-Man, but I couldn't find a radioactive spider.

Meggy: I think those are almost impossible to find.

Y/N: You won't have any luck finding them here, but what you can find is dust mites, then you can be Dust Man.

Skully laughs a little.

Skully: What would his power be? Dust Bunny army? Or Dust Storm?

Y/N: Probably, isn't he a vacuum robot though?

Skully: He is, it reminds me of transformers.

Y/N: Agreed.

Melony then slowly started to wake up, she looks around and greets you three.

Melony: Hi Guys!

She gets up and hugs them.

Y/N: Hey Melony!

Meggy: Hi!

Skully: How's it going?

Melony: I had a strange dream-

She freezes and stares behind you.

Y/N: What?

The three of you look behind you and see Beta eating an apple. A very fuels up the girl and she summons a sword from thin air, she then launches the sword at Beta, almost stabbing him.

Beta: WHOA WHAT THE FUCK?!

Melony then tackled him down and pins him.

Melony: Why are you hurting my friend?!

Beta: What friend?! The apple?!

Melony: Yes! You murdered him!

Beta: What are you talking about?! It's just an apple!

Y/N: Melony, it's okay.

Melony: How can it be okay?! He's a killer!

Y/N: I'm sure he didn't mean it, did you Beta?

You stare at him and cough to him, he played along.

Beta: Uh, yeah, I never meant to hurt your friend, I thought it was just a regular apple, I'm sorry.

She bought into it and got off of him, allowing him to get up.

Beta: What the hell was that about?

Skully thinks and it pops into his mind.

Skully: Wait..she used to be a fruit..right?

Meggy: Yeah, what's your point?

Skully: My point is, that Melony was a watermelon, what if we put a mask on that apple? That would be like manslaughter to her.

Melony: Exactly!

Y/N: He's right, wow..

Skully: I think we better stay away from fruits, we now stick to vegetables.

Y/N: I'm okay with that.

Meggy: I'll stick with it.

Beta: Ugh, fine..but I'm not eating eggplants.

Y/N: Why not-

The doors have been kicked down, revealing the same inklings you pranked.

Jackson: Knock knock, we're back.

You and Meggy get alerted and look over to see him.

Meggy: What do you want?!

Jackson: Simple, you can either surrender to us, or you can die.

He gets out a pistol and aimed it at you.

Jackson: Choose wisely.

Melony, infuriated by this, got her sword again and knocked it out of his hands.

Jackson: What the hell?!

Melony: Don't ever come back here again! Otherwise I'll slice you up into dust!

Her eyes glowed bright white, scaring Jackson, he ran off panicked. She calms back down and sleeps again.

Meggy: That was awesome!

Y/N: I think she needs some rest.

Skully: Yeah..no kidding.

Beta: Well..since that happened, why not make some muffins..without blueberries.

He leaves into the kitchen.

-Later that night-

You wake up, restless, you go downstairs to get a glass of water, you were then interrupted by a shaken groans, you look over and see Melony was shivering, feeling sympathy, you decided to put a blanket over her, she stops shivering and smiles softly.

Y/N: Rest well Melony.

You were about to leave, but her hand grabbed your arm and pulled you in her hold, now she's cuddling you. You didn't try to fight it, you just smile and rest.
